“I just want to take a second to give the store manager Jaclyn a huge shoutout. I placed an order online and unfortunately customer service was an absolute nightmare when it came to doing a return. Jaclyn went above and beyond and reached out to customer service for me. It took a few weeks and a bunch of phone calls from the both of us but with Jaclyn's help i was finally able to do the return and get my money back. “Every time I walk into Mastermind Toys London North, I’m reminded why shopping local and in-store beats ordering online from places like Amazon. Michelle and her team are always so personable, welcoming, and helpful. She’s taken the time to learn my kids’ names and interests, and on one visit she even sat and read my daughter a book so I could browse around peacefully. It’s those little touches that make such a difference. I would highly recommend shopping here for any toy, kid, or birthday needs.”
