“I recently had a hitch installed here on my Lincoln MKX. They don’t have a waiting area but staff went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The install was done within 2.5 hours by Dennis (including the wiring harness) and everything appears to be good. What stood out though was that employees actively tried to help customers. When someone was struggling with boxes an employee noticed and made their way outside to help. It’s more than decent service here, it’s decent people.”
“I went to pick up packing material and dealt with Melissa and Kent. Unfortunately they did not have in stock as previously understood by myself the quantity of what I was looking for which was 500 sheets of paper. They had quantities of 100 and 200 which added together cost much greater than the 500. Due to the confusion Melissa contacted her superior and they were able to sell me 2 @ 200 sheets and 1 @ 100 sheets for the same price as the 500. Melissa and Kent were very friendly and helpful and willing to go that extra mile. Kent even helped me to carry other items purchased out to my car. Very happy with the overall experience.”

“After all the bad uhaul reviews in town I carefully picked this one and it was painless. I used the access vehicle online (vs at counter; make sure you have data btw) and you do have to dot your i's n cross your t's but once that's done you just show them your phone which basically says "you're okay to give them these keys" and it was very straightforward. Great experience picking up from here, the lady was very polite and helpful.”
