“Fatima, Stella, and Destiny honestly deserve some credit, I came in for a truck rental they were extremely nice, just as the process was almost complete they’re system went down (no fault of the employees), more customers were starting to come in and phones were ringing (which could be stressful for anyone) but eventually they got everything back up to speed and had me on my way out all while maintaining great customer service throughout the whole process.”

“After all the bad uhaul reviews in town I carefully picked this one and it was painless. I used the access vehicle online (vs at counter; make sure you have data btw) and you do have to dot your i's n cross your t's but once that's done you just show them your phone which basically says "you're okay to give them these keys" and it was very straightforward. Great experience picking up from here, the lady was very polite and helpful.”

“Great vehicle. Got us through a 3400km trip. The ramp was missing and universal didn't compensate us for the extra day of loading or the extra cost of helpers as heavy furniture had to be hand lifted into the truck, we ended up leaving a day later but drop-off location was convenient. Would rent again.”
