Carolyn was the associate that helped me to select my sofa. She remember my past purchases. So was able to help select the best fabric choice and style that would work well with my decor. Carolyn is very friendly and knowledgeable about all fabrics and styles Urban Barn has to offer. I came by today to purchase a bowl I had my eye on for months as it went on sale. Had it set aside up front with one of the salespeople while looking at other items in the store and it was sold to another customer. It was the last piece and is no longer available online or in any stores nearby. Extremely disappointing experience.

Came here about 3 weeks now to get a dinning table, as soon as you walk in the stuff was Friendly and helpful. Only thing is that the store is tiny they don't have a lot of options to look at and they definitely need to work on their delivery scheduling.

Great experience. Came in looking for a specific couch to purchase. I was hesitant on purchasing a couch without sitting and feeling the quality but the lady ensured I would be happy with it and even provided me a fabric swatch to take home to see if it would work well in my space.Ended up purchasing the couch in confidence that the sales representative knew her knowledge and customer experience reviews on the couch.

Half our furniture is from Urban Barn. Great collection. Wait for their sale if you want to save a bundle. We bought our white sofas from here. They come with a 5 year spill warranty of sorts. They won’t clean some specific stains but coffee/drink stains are good enough to warrant a visit from the cleaners.
