I had gotten advice online to come to Napa AutoPro. They did great work solving my Check Engine light. They had it diagnosed in 45 minutes and on the second visit had the problem repaired in another 2 hours! They were very informative, courteous, and helpful!I also come here for my regular oil changes, they are clear and upfront about anything they find when they do a once-over inspection on my vehicle. They always give me honest opinions on possible repairs needed.

I had a nasty sound coming from the front end of my vehicle, which ended up being a wheel bearing that was about to go. They diagnosed the issue, I booked an appointment and it was taken care of at a relatively manageable price by great staff. I now have a smooth (and safe) ride. I will be taking my vehicle back to this location.

This was one of several service visits I have had to VIP NAPA AUTOPRO - Wellington Road. I find their staff to be professional and prompt in their service. In an earlier service circumstance with a nagging/difficult to solve intermittent problem with my vehicle, they took the car in several additional times at no extra cost until they managed to solve the difficult/elusive problem. I felt that their diligence was good customer service, and so I continue to bring my business to their shop.

These guys at VIP Auto Napa Pro are awesome. They do great work, parts & labor time are rather fast and are fairly priced. Shoutout to Andrew and his team here for always taking care of my vehicle when I need any mechanical issues serviced to it. Great mechanics too! Highly would recommend!

Took my car in as one of the tires was losing air quickly. They were able to book me in same day, at a time that worked great for me. The problem was taken care of really quickly and is now fixed, all for a very reasonable price. They also found an issue with my car that I hadn’t noticed until it was pointed out to me and am glad they caught it as it would’ve become a big problem if left unchecked. Andrew and his team are phenomenal and I would recommend the professionalism and expertise of this shop to anyone.
