I purchased my 85-inch Sony TV from Visions today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Unlike other stores, Visions tests the TV before you leave, and I’m so grateful they did. The first unit had a defect, but they quickly brought me a replacement.
This service is truly invaluable. Had I bought the TV elsewhere, I might have been stuck with a damaged product.
Visions is an outstanding store, and I highly recommend their team. The owner, Karan, is a very kind and professional manager. Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful—we’re absolutely thrilled!

Alby was my sales associate offered same day delivery and 20 minutes before close said they could no longer do it while I waited at home for tv highly don’t recommend go to forest city surplus instead.

Wow, Great Service from Carlos, Fabulous employee, Fabulous Salesman. Also, two men that came and set it all up, Very Professional, very Reliable, On Time, actually even a bit early, Fantastic. Not to mention that Visions also Completely Honored their Best Price Policy, how Awesome is that. I Highly Recommend Visions Electronics.

Went to pickup a TV today, and it was fantastic experience. Vadi helped me and really took the time to show me what the pros and cons were of my new purchase. They took the time to give my new tv a check to make sure all was working and they really try to get you a solid deal on things you may want.

I just purchased the DJI FPV Drone and the service was excellent. I was told it would be 7 to 10 days for pickup. But to my surprise the Drone came in the next day. The store called me and it was a very good experience. Alex Inman the sales Managers was really helpful in getting my order ready and it was curb side pickup. Simple, order on line and get noticed when you can pick up your Item/s. Today I purchased a new Acer 315 and a Logitech Wireless mouse. When I purchased the extended warranty Alex gave me the mouse free of charge. Great service with great staff.

My original trip to buy a TV was great...the salesman Pascal was excellent...I saw the model I wanted for $100 off a few days later and because the website said "free delivery" I road my E-Bike to the store. I was told that there was an $80 delivery charge when I purchase in store.Ridiculous! They said they could deliver it in 2 days.I go home and order it online and call to see when it will be delivered. Customer service tells me 9 days. GRRR! The next day I get a message that says "Your TV is on the way" only to find out that the TV left my city and traveled 40 minutes away to a warehouse. The courier tracking was useless (2 messages 8 hours apart saying the same thing "we picked up your tv").I call customer service and find out that they are supposed to call me and arrange a time but they didn't even have my number. No matter how it plays out, this is another example of corporate nastiness. I thought I had found a reputable merchant...sigh! Update: I ended up getting the TV 4 days after I ordered it.

With how well the receiver purchase went a few months ago, went back to the London location for some new speakers, and once again the store was great, and Pascal was a big help making some some tough choices :D
Can't wait for them to be delivered now, and looking forward to building out the rest of my home theatre with your help .

We recently purchased a TV from Visions Electronics, and we were very impressed with them. Pascal is the name of the gentleman who helped us, and he did an amazing job.
We were also impressed with the fellows who installed the TV and set everything up for us.
We would highly recommend Visions Electronics.
