We were extremely happy with the level of service from Dr. Eiman, one of the pharmacists at this location. We were stranded at a hockey tournament unable to get home due to weather and I had forgot a medication. Dr. Eiman helped us and filled an emergency prescription on the spot. This was greatly appreciated and made our weekend. Her patience, kindness and effort to go and just help us really stood out for me. Again, many thanks for your support!

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Every time I ask questions and when I tried to fill my prescription I felt like I was burdening them to do their job. Every step of the interaction I felt so unwelcome. I’ll drive across town to not deal with them.

The worst pharmacy in London. Took 90 min to dispense sachets (pre packed) medication. We were told that we have to wait for 60 min & we can pick the prescription. When we went to the counter to pick the medicine they re verified the insurance once again and took another 30 minutes. Finally after waiting for so long we had to go to the counter and ask the status of our order. There after the drug sachets were given to us. Poor customer service and very ordinary way of dealing with customers.

I was with this pharmacy for about a decade before I moved cities. I miss them so much. They are prompt, communicative, and friendly. They always helped me with new meds and questions I had. I also got my flu shots there every year. I did not know how good I had it until I moved to a non-walmart pharmacy in my new city.

Worst place to buy medication from. It took for ever (1:30 hrs) for them to give us 5 pills. Other places it takes less than 5 minutes.

Even though the store was having technological problems, the lady was still very nice to bring my medication out to me. There is no doubt she had a huge amount on her plate but she still took the time to help me out. Thank you, very much.

I came in this past Sunday to pick up a prescription, I had tried one and got switched to another just for reference. There were two prescriptions on file but for some reason I thought she had only gotten me the most recent one because the drugs are similar and thought she would recognize that. She asked if I was insured I said yes but I didn't have my card, she immediately said well it's over a hundred dollars, I said that was ok I would pay and submit the claim, she then asked if I could access them online so I was able to. She did make the best attempt at putting it through but wasn't able to. At this time another woman came to process the payment, I realized she had both prescriptions and just informed her it should be the most recent at which point the other woman who had been trying to submit came up seemingly irritated so I tried to explain the switch even though that confidential information. She left and went to speak to the pharmacist, I could hear her clearly, the pharmacist then shrugged her off to which she replied why?!? She can't even hear me. I just wanted to write this because I would hope that they would be a bit more professional, I was able to pay and make the claim but I literally only needed the most recent prescription which happened to cost considerably less. I was appreciative that she tried but please consider being more professional considering yes unfortunately we/customers can hear you.

DON'T EVER DO CURBSIDE PICKUP WITH THEM!! After called in from parking, waited 30 mins long in the car before a associate to bring out the groceries. We found one item short while confirming with the associate. The associate then left and came back after 10 mins. Said have to do a refund process inside the store since the item was out of stock. What the hack? Curbside service was to avoid going into the store in the first place. Went into the store, going back and forth with the associate then with the supervisor/manager whom had no clues or just plain incompetent. Make me waited and waited for a long 30 mins risking a Covid-19 infection, before he finally came back telling me he couldn't do the refund because the system was down. He could only promise he will do it later by the end of the day. After spending a total of 75 mins, without hearing a single apology, finally can I leave the store.

Lovely store, friendly employees, good sale prices, nice items, what else can i ask for? You know as a Walmart fan myself and self proclaimed expert, i'd say that this is by far one of my favorite Walmarts. This one of those Walmarts that got me reminiscing about the better days. Back when life was easy, the good old 2010's. Them times where you would go on YouTube and people would record Walmart pranks and stuff like that. Only thing i disliked was the rude tone one of the higher up employees took with another employee. You guys are a team, come on now.

My husband went in to return a few bathing suits that had tags on them and the hygiene strips on them still. They were Canada Day ones for my kids & since my daughter has Asthma (and it was considerably more hot than usual seasonal temps this year) we did not end up going to the splash pad like we had planned. My youngest is already too big for the size she was in July (still under a year old so goes through sizes within a month or so) so it made sense to return them ALL instead of keeping them because they were bought for the occasion and to match. Anyways, STORE STAFF AND MANAGER refused to take them back saying it was their policy not to take-back swimwear whatsoever. I did a quick google search of their store policies before my husband left the parking lot and it CLEARLY stated as long as the hygiene strips are in tact and tags on, it's okay to return. He went back in and showed them to be met with indifference from some, and hostility from others that had just turned him away. Manager and staff alike did NOT apologize for not even knowing their OWN store policy and wasting his time but did return the items. No apology? No thanks. Won't be venturing into your store again. Clothes are easily found elsewhere (as most of your stuff is licensed and sold by multiple vendors), groceries are usually SUB PAR produce etc... not worth our while then!!!! Maybe next time you're met with someone who shows you you're wrong about your policy, APOLOGIZE it's the decent thing to do;)
