Seeking resolution, I approached Miss Sam and Harsh, the department managers, hoping for a fair and professional response. Instead, I was met with arrogance, a complete dismissal of the law, and a shocking lack of respect for my family.Not only did Miss Sam and Harsh refuse to acknowledge the pricing error, but they also displayed rude behavior towards my young child and my wife. This is not just a violation of consumer protection laws but a breach of basic courtesy and professionalism.It is crucial to note that according to Canadian law, when a pricing error involves a product exceeding $10, the merchant is obligated to sell the item at the advertised price and provide the consumer with a $10 discount. Walmart Fanshawe Park's refusal to adhere to this legal requirement, coupled with the disrespectful conduct by both department managers, raises serious questions about the ethical standards upheld by this establishment.My decision not to escalate the situation at the time should not be mistaken for tolerance of such behavior. Consumers have the right to expect honest, transparent transactions, and respectful treatment from the staff. After reaching out through various channels, including an email to Walmart customer care, Twitter messages, and posting reviews on Google and Facebook, I received a prompt and constructive response from Sandra, the store manager.Sandra demonstrated a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction by addressing my concerns swiftly and ensuring a positive resolution to the pricing error. Her responsiveness is a testament to Walmart Fanshawe Park's dedication to customer relations.However, I also hope that necessary corrective measures will be taken to address the issues involving Miss Sandra and Mr. Harsh. Acknowledging Sandra's positive actions, it is crucial to advocate for ongoing improvement in service and training programs to prevent similar circumstances in the future.I will be updating my reviews to reflect Sandra's commendable response, while also emphasizing the importance of continued efforts to enhance customer service at Walmart Fanshawe Park.

This Walmart used to be a nice store to go to but I don't know what has happened as of the past 3ish years but the store is in an absolute constant state. It consistently looks like the store has been ransacked especially in the grocery area. Stuff is thrown onto the shelves, and it looks like no one cares about the state of the store. For how many employees I see aimlessly walking around I would think that facing the store and making it look at least decent would be a priority but it doesn't appear to be. Its honestly a shame as I used to like coming here.

Some of the staff here is racist. I feel so uncomfortable shopping here. Each time I go here their is a specific security guard who follows me around. I don't know why? I have never stolen and have always brought my products. I also work with uber but new I did shop and pay so I go in as often to shop for customers. I made an honest mistake by not understanding about the refund policy and the guy at customer service in the yellow vest was so rude about it. Although I apologize for not understanding he was so rude. I feel uncomfortable going in here.

Past 2 shopping experience have been unacceptable1. Was not given the sales price on three of my items. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she told me to go take pictures of the items/prices. Is this customer service now? Customers have to do their own price checks lol I saw 3 associates ( 1 was a manager) just standing at the front doing nothing.2. I was in looking for this product I needed for a recipe. I couldn't find it so I asked the associate and she seemed annoyed that I stopped her while stocking the shelves. She rudely said she hasn't ordered that product in over a year. I asked her if it could be anywhere else bc I just made that recipe 2 months ago and purchased that product then. She replied well you didn't get it here because I haven't ordered it. I assumed since she did ordering she was in some type of senior position.Way to go Walmart ? she was a great choice, no customer service abilities whatsoever.

The staff over the years has gone downhill and honestly there is almost always a strong odour smell when walking in. Most of the staff here smell very bad and honestly I don’t understand how this is allowed?Sad that this is one of the worst Walmarts considering this is located on the cleaner side of London.I hope this location resolves this issue because it seriously turns away so many people and I am not the first to comment on this problem.

Do not I repeat do not get groceries delivered from here. Have done it For almost a year and it all fallen apart. Today my order was to be delivered and we got the email saying we have dropped off your groceries. But we didn’t. We then get a phone call from the driver saying he waited 45 mins for our order but couldn’t wait any longer. They said they would have someone drop the off within 1/2 an hour.Time goes buy and we the same thing happen. Email came ,no groceries came and we then got a call from the driver saying the exact same excuse and told me to call the store. Did just that. I was told when they find the groceries they would have them dropped off. I complained that was unacceptable as a lot more f what I didn’t receive was my cold items and meat. I explained that I didn’t want them as now I have no idea how long they have been I refrigerated. They told me they would replace all the stuff and have a new driver drop it off by 4-5 pm today. I told them guy on the phone that if this doesn’t happen and my kids now no longer lunch for tomorrow I was not going to be a happy customer.Guess what. Nothing came!Thanks Walmart. U have lost my business for ever and I suggest others do the same.

Very very verrrrry bad costumer service , lately we are having very bad , rude, unprofessional, stupid, not helpful, useless , bad attitude costumer service.Very bad experience at Walmart, North London ( Fanshaw Park RD) , new Indian staff , know nothing in costumer service prestige, they are very rude and close minded.We are facing hard time to explain any issue that we have. Not acceptable to suffer and feel tired to resolve our issue or needs some good costumer service.Walmart management should train those new employee and teach them how to present the company on Canadian standard not on their standard. We hope Walmart management resolve that huge issue they have in costumer service.

This walmart has gone down hill..clueless staff, you get stared down as soon as you walk in and when I use self check out there’s someone always standing right behind me looking over my shoulder it makes me very uncomfortable not to mention the bad B.O orders. I know masks aren’t mandatory anymore but at this Walmart they should be #saveyournose

Worst customer experience here! I tried to return bulk of pop drinks that I never open on Aug. 6. The white senior female employee in customer service told me that she could not process the return for me because any item from grocery part could not be returned following Walmart policy. Actually she lied to me because Walmart store can accept to return grocery items by customers. I am definitely sure that the White Female employee is racist. She should not be allowed to work here because of her racism and fraud!

My mother was approached by 3 security guards (2 female and 1 male) at self check out because a clothing item she bought from winners that she was wearing had a tag slightly sticking out of it (this tag didn’t have a barcode, it was a fancy tag that the name of the clothing brand on it). Instead of pulling her aside to ask her questions, the male security guard put his hands on my mother back in front of dozens of other customers to fully take out the tag to look at it further, without even asking my mother if they can take a look at it, they could of asked her to pull it out herself or better yet, get a female security to inspect my mothers clothing. After quickly realizing this item wasn’t stolen, they quickly dismissed their poor actions by claiming it’s their store policy that they can put hands on customers to check product, and walked away like nothing happened. This is a disgusting act by Wal-mart and its employees to put hands on my 53 year old mother on a false and empty accusation of theft. Accountability needs to be taken by Wal-mart , it’s most definitely not okay to have a male security guard twice my mothers size put hands on her.

Horrible online setup. Can't set store location. Always sends me to Markham page whether I use my location or postal code. Offer more in store. Would rather be able to look around, not order online.

I used to love this place but it is so disorganized and always out of stock on everything. the cashiers are unfriendly and the employees in the aisles are too busy just talking amongst themselves to do anything to help you. I shouldn’t feel like a burden asking an employee where I can find towels!! but I was gifted with a strange look because god forbid I interrupted her precious conversations with her coworkers. hire better employees wth is going on here

I recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with a customer service representative when I visited Walmart on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 12 pm. As a regular customer who has always received good customer support in the past, this experience came as a surprise and disappointment.At the store to return a product, I encountered a customer service lady who was noticeably rude and lacking in basic courtesy. Her manner of communication was far from pleasant, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.It is important for businesses to ensure that their employees are well-trained in providing exceptional customer experiences. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far short of that mark.
