Greeters now demand to see the receipts from other stores and will stop you and not allow you to leave until they inspect the receipt. What is funny is that the associate (greeter) eyed me up and down on the way in (didn't greet however) and profiled me on the way out and demanded to see my receipts from other stores before I could leave. According to the manager, they are a 'new' associate, but that is still no excuse to hold someone when they did nothing wrong.

I need to know what does an employee mean in a supermarket. I think there is a problem with the employees. I always shop from the north. Today I shopped at Walmart South, but when I asked the employee standing at the door, I did not have a 25 cent coin. He said, “Wait, I will help you and call the manager.” The manager said, “I cannot help you.” I told her, “I am an employee at Instacard, so you are supposed to help me because I support a shopper from Walmart South.” She said, “I cannot help you.” In short, this is your problem. I told her, “Give me 25 cents and when I finish, I will return it to you.” She said, “Do you have money?” I said, “Yes.” She said, “Give it to me so I can spend it and give you 25 cents.” I told her, “You refuse to help me.” She said, “I cannot help you.” A question for Walmart management: Did you hire the manager to make it difficult to help shoppers or to make it easier and help shoppers? I think I did not like the manager’s method. I go to similar markets. The goal of the employees is to support the shopper with everything he needs. I hope that Walmart management will review the method of the employees and the manager in charge. She is an employee and she has to help shoppers. There is a plastic key that she can use. Open the cart, my message to the manager is that you are an employee and you have to serve the shoppers, and when the shopper needs the cart, give it to him, and the reason is that you are an employee to serve the market and the shoppers

Worst customer service ever. We visited this store for the very first time and we live in st thomas actually. When we were at exit , there was one guy wearing turban and a girl who stopped us for no reason. They were trying to check our receipt and took our 15 minutes. We booked ride and the driver had to wait for us for so long. Also he gave us penalty for this. Such a bloody and nonsense people they were who dont even know how to treat their customer and were not even sorry for wasting their customer’s time. Will not gonna come here again.

I ordered a bicycle this London store had in stock 6 days ago for pick up today. One hour before the scheduled pick up time they canceled the order. Now I have to find another option for my grandson’s birthday tomorrow. I am confident that they sat on this order and did nothing until this morning and then cancelled because they had yet to assemble it.

I am highly disappointed with the store. They never have the things you need and if you order online, it’s even less than what you would get in the store. That’s why I cancelled my monthly grocery subscription. I’ll just go to an actual grocery store if they don’t have the things I need And why does it take so long for me to get my refund? I mean, it’s my money it should be refunded right away.

I've only come here a handful of times, but each time I've found the store really unorganized, dirty, and the staff are rude.
I am mostly deaf, and I missed one $4 item in my cart. Staff jumped on me like I was trying to rob the store and checked my entire cart. I can't imagine your $15/hour job is worth acting like a dollar store rent-a-cop but go off I guess. I won't be back.

You go online to check if something is in stock, next thing you know you have wasted gas getting there just to find out that it isn’t in stock. Bullshit service. Do not go unless you call after going online.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an online order on 7th October around 12:30 pm for pickup for the following day, I.e., 8th October (9 am-10 am Slot). My order was placed as the item was shown to be available in stock. At 9 am on 8th October, I got a message that my order had been canceled, stating I canceled the order. I never canceled my order. I went in to talk to the manager. I was told that the item might not be in stock. I checked online again, and it still showed five left in stock. I expected them to say that once the item is available, I can pick it up at another time. Instead, it was mentioned that I had canceled the order. I never got any call or message before that cancellation message that the item was unavailable.

What is going on with Walmart are they underpaying and only hiring international.work? I'm international and know this scam too well!!!
Also why are people speaking everything but English here? Even when communicating with english customers, in an English country... As one would not go to Arabia and expect the store owners/staff to speak English instead of the main language. Lol
Went to do a return East Indian/Arabic lady couldn't even speak english. She couldn't even process the return stating it's not in her computer. Told her to scan the receipt and look at the receipt. She did and still didn't know what was going on. Had her literally match the vin codes. Spoke to her so calm as I'm international too! What did she do, she said I was being hostile towards her and tried to pull the race card on me!!! I laughed and told her I'm East Indian, and just because someone is stating you are not doing your job accord does not make them racist (as she was trying to make me drive across town to a different Walmart stating the return couldn't be done here, even though they had the item in store, and I purchased it at this store even) this threw her off and her superior went beet red in the face, we all just stood there and they said nothing! Just silence, like whatttt?!!!
Finally another women came who was Canadian and literally scanned the receipt... The item showed up on the comp she asked what the issue was and they said nothing again! She apologized, they did not!!!!
Add/Do and make mandatory some training in respect and manners Walmart. Ethics!!!
How are people being hired with no education or training in Canada. I'm international and see this as a huge problem! If I was a Canadian citizen I'd be worried about this!!!! This location is horrible and people do not even speak English. Place is horrible, staff horrible. Resolution center, horrible. Are businesses actually allowed to run like this in Ontario, Canada?

Not very demure. Definitely not mindful. I go to Walmart religiously every Sunday with my family and two cats. Thought I saw a rat, but it was just one of those small looking dogs.
