Popped in for a drop in from out of town and they were amazingly welcoming. I felt like a member within the first 5 minutes and received some quality tips for my power cleans from the instructor. Workout was hard and long, just the way I like.

This is a fantastic CrossFit gym for every level of fitness. It doesn't matter if it's your first gym experience or if you are a professional crossfitter. WLCF is the place for you to get healthier, to get fit, and to get better. I've been in CrossFit for around 3 years before joining WLCF, and within the first month, I've been able to learn new skills and hit new PRs. WLCF coaches provide the perfect combination of pushing you to do your best and be your best while providing a relaxed and supportive environment. The community is friendly and welcoming.All in all, WLCF provides a spectacular experience.

If you are looking for an AMAZING community of like-minded fitness folks… this is it!! Zero judgement, just support and encouragement. People of all ages, fitness levels and experience. Specialty classes, kids classes, Yoga and so much more. Everyone is welcomed with the same warmth and friendship. The programming is top notch…Thanks to Coach Brent of Apex Performance!! And the coaching staff is first rate. Super knowledgeable and encouraging!! Give it a whirl; you won’t be disappointed!!

Many people outside the community refer to crossfit as a "Cult". But I often say, don't knock it 'til you try it. West London has created more of a "Culture" of exclusivity, friendliness and kick-a** coaching. Its often scary to start something new, especially by yourself, I can assure you you won't feel alone. Drop by, you won't regret it! A+

I was a member for about a year before covid hit. Since then I’ve been to other boxes, commercial gyms etc. What set west London aside was the great coaching and team atmosphere. It was the first gym I’ve been to where coaches made an effort to know you, your name, and your goals and weaknesses. They had an email that shouted out people’s PBs or first time getting a particular movement.. truly made you feel like they cared! The Saturday Olympic lifting classes were an added bonus that I thoroughly enjoyed (not sure if this still happens with covid scheduling)One day I am sure I’ll be able to attend WLCF again!

I've been a member for almost a year now, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about West London CrossFit. I continue to be amazed by the coaches/staff and WLCF community. They are truly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their members.Programming that actually fosters growth towards your fitness goals. Coaches that are actually knowledgeable and helpful.Classes that are challenging, well organized but also fun!A community that is actually non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging.By far the BEST gym community I have ever been apart of. Check it out for yourself and you won't be disappointed!

I have now been at West London Crossfit for one year now. I have had an excellent experience and have had achieved much of my personal goals. I receive much of what I need that helps me attend the gym, so the membership cost is worth it.The staff care about helping you with where you are at and conduct themselves professionally. It has been easy to communicate during classes and through social platforms. I must commend them on their creativity and adaptive stance during this pandemic so far. The 'Home' program they created has allowed me to continue making progress and achieving my personal goals. The last important thing I have noticed is their passion to foster a form of community. I have formed new friendships that encourage and challenge me forward.The facility is clean and well kept. It is local and small which is exactly what works for me. They also integrate courses on eating and moving as well as focused classes to improve specific skillsOver this past year I have worked up to attending 5 days a week on a consistent basis. I have lost around 50 lbs, increased my strength and stamina while adding some new skills like hand stand push ups. I have broken many weightlifting goals and even enjoy running now. I intend to commit for another year.

I've never been a fitness nut. Becoming a member of this great community, roughly four years ago, was the best decision I ever made for my general well being. At almost 45 years of age, I'm in the best fitness of my life and I barely feel like it was work. I just show up and hang out doing fitness stuff with a bunch of great people a few times a week and the improvements snuck up on me. I'm not saying the workouts are easy. They are work but I've learned I always recover and having other members cheer you on when you're running out of steam is something special.Being a member here during a global pandemic has cemented my belief that the owners and staff here are TOTALLY committed to the members. The trainers did not skip a beat. Immediately they developed home workouts and zoom classes for all of us and kept us fit while the big gyms just closed, WLCF stayed committed. I think I became more fit during lock-down. They even loaned the equipment to the members! Who does that? A team that loves and cares about you does that.Best gym, best trainers, great community, great vibe.Just try it.Chris - 4 year member - former smoker and beer swilling belly boy.

I recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to achieve their fitness goals within a supportive community environment. The coaches do an exceptional job of pushing their members to become the best they can be.
