Jason and Khang were great in helping me with front strut replacement. Since the OEM struts were discontinued, 3rd party struts were used for the replacement. The initial replacement still had some strut noise and Jason and Khang worked diligently to have the struts replaced with different parts and finally resolving the issue. This service department really stands by their work and I am glad I didn't take my vehicle somewhere else. Hats off to the team at Westgate Honda. Will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV here recently. The vehicle had been serviced there throughout its lifetime and they were very transparent about its service records. They did an exceptional job cleaning and detailing it before I picked it up, and even repaired some stone chips on the window and hood. You won't get any "freebies" here if it's not related to the car passing a safety, but prices are extremely fair compared to the GTA and customer service is very good. Highly recommend asking for Joe.

Phenomenal service across the board !!Chris, Jason and the rest of the team at Westgate Honda went above and beyond in helping to resolve an issue that began with another local dealership.The Westgate Honda team assessed, sourced parts and completed the installation of a replacement head unit (infotainment unit) and fog light in less than 2 weeks, one week shy of 3 months since I reported problems to the purchasing dealership.Westgate Honda provides exceptional service at every step of the way, treating every person who walks through their door as THEIR customer.A tremendous thank you to the entire team.You managed to put a positive spin on a terrible purchasing experience. I will continue to recommend Westgate Honda to family and friends and will absolutely be back when it comes time for a new set of wheels!

Lol. You blame it on a bad week. This is 4 years later, id like to hear what you think, after 4 years gone by. Still a bad week? Or your supernatural powers has you diagnosing me just a bad 4 years?Gotta keep your reputation up? Lets get some facts out of the way then, shall we? Roy the tech use to keep extra broken parts for when they needed hours, when an oil change comes in, they show the poor senior a bad part that wasn't on their vehicle and charged for the repair that didn't need. This was one small tatic used.But it gets more dark than ripping off customers.How about two girls who wokred there that were very vocal about 2 main guys (I have the names) getting suspended for some weird talk to a female customers?Remember Kate? She had bad experienece working with sales men trying to buy her expensive stuff in return for....? So thanks for trying to deter a bad review, blaming it on a bad week because you guys are sleeze balls.Need a few more more situations? Talk to dawn. Remeber Natalie? There should be a review section for these types of people who went through uncomfortable situations in this Westgate environment. Till next time. Ihere are a few more. This is just merely the tip of the iceberg. There are plenty more stories. Certainly didn't come from a bad week. I can't believe you, as an adult and onwer of westgatehonda with a really poor handshake. (Trust me) uses a bad week to justify someone who has had more than a bad time at Westgate. Good riddance. Your money probably has no value now.

Dishonest and very low-quality of service. They will rip you up. Do not take the car for repairs or purchase one from WestHate Honda. Please read my review on London Honda as well and it is about the same issue. You will see how the 2 different dealerships treat their customers differently.

Khang was extremely helpful in my situation, and deserves to be promoted! He is very patient and understanding! I wish the mechanic that worked on my car was a bit more friendly. He came off a little rude and harsh when I was contemplating just replacing the battery myself. If it wasn’t for Khang, I would be removing at least one star.

So far so good. I have been here twice and hope to make this location our recurring Honda maintenance POC. We came in for winter tires and rims and spoke both times with Gerald in the parts service section. When he makes notes, he doesn't throw them out, so it was convenient and easy to track back to our first conversation during our second visit. He helped us in getting a better brand of tire for cheaper, and informed us on when to contact them for deals and rebates for all season tires when I will swap my tires off the winter set. Shout outs to Ben and Ken for their assistance and humour as well.

We bought a used vehicle from westgate Honda and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase and they fixed it at no cost on good faith (it wasn’t covered). They’ve also given us above and beyond customer service experiences since. My husband took our vehicle in today again for service and although we had a sub-par experience with a staff, management made sure to make it right yet again. This is a fantastically run dealership with attentive management that truly goes above and beyond. We will certainly be back for our next vehicle purchase!
