After many long days of travel, David was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous with his service. He was able to quickly pick out the right mattress with us and ensured that it would be delivered to our house in the timeframe we needed with very short notice on our part. We are new to the area & he was very insightful and knowledgeable, which made for a great first impression of London. Thanks David!

Dave is a super nice man, and very knowledgeable about how to get the right mattress to suits your needs! We even got half off a bunch of items we needed. There is a wide variety of different beds and sizes to choose from, and a very comfortable shopping environment. You are encouraged to lay on and try the mattress before you buy. Covid has made customer service challenging, so it was such a happy surprise to receive excellent service from David yesterday. He not only offered great advice, he arranged for my purchase to be delivered to our Grand Bend cottage within hours of the purchase! This kind of customer service isn’t available at big box stores and I am glad I stumbled across the website. Not sure when I will next need a mattress, but it will be an easy decision where to buy it.

Dave went above and beyond to deliver a replacement waterbed mattress to our home on a snowy Friday evening ! Our purchase was defective so he drove to Chatham to get us another one ! He is an exemplary salesman!!!Thank you Dave!!!

I strongly recommend this store!!!!I’ve been there three times for 3 years.When I got here the first year, I was struggling in English, but he was really patient and carefully listened to my voice what I was looking for. The mattresses that he recommend me were really great. So I went there two times more for two mattresses in a great deal !!!

We walked in with the intention of it being the first of a few places in our mattress shopping but there was no reason to look further after meeting Dave! Dave showed us several options and was very knowledgeable based on our needs and inside of a half an hour our mattress shopping was done! On top of that, they delivered it the same day! We won't buy another mattress from anyone but Dave going forward, thanks Dave!!!
