“Very Happy when I went to rent a storage unit. I was greeted with a nice big happy smile from the lady behind the desk. She was through with her information and I was treated exceptionally well. The storage units were very clean and I feel safer knowing it is harder for someone to get into the yard and out of the yard, and the prices are decent. Highly recommend ?”

“In this freezing cold Saturday the truck I rented was warmed up before I got there. The gentleman I interacted with at this location was Eric. He is a true asset to your company. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He even went out to start the truck before I got in it to warm it up again. My interaction with Eric was about as positive of an experience I could have had. Please pass on my thanks to him. Also, Alex was great to deal with when dropping off the van. It was freezing when we left and when we got back! I am from Kingston and this is the third family move we’ve made since July- this U-haul location was the best! Thanks again. Did I mention that Eric was awesome?!”
