Went for an oil change. My vehicle was taken in promptly at the appointment time. The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained.

One end of exhaust pipe became unexpectedly detached while in Bancroft on a Thursday afternoon. Early the next morning on Friday I called to be informed maintenance was completely booked so no space was available for repair that day, but due to poor fringe area cell signal the call was prematurely terminated. When I called back just 15 minutes later I was informed that a job that was completed more quickly than expected had created an opening for the needed repair providing I could arrive at the garage within the hour... This I did and the loose end of the pipe was reattached (rewelded). All of the staff were most competent, friendly and accommodating. And the fee charged was very reasonable. Wonderful that they were able to respond to a sudden repair need as quickly as they did. Many thanks to them...

I needed my granny suv fixed to be safe . I thought a wheel bearing was may be an issue. It was and so were a couple other wear and tear issues on my 2015 vehicle.So grateful to have it back quickly. Good work at a great price !Thank you so much to everyone at Derry's !!!

Can't say enough about these guys. My car broke down North of Madoc, and was towed there on a Friday night by CAA. Stranded in Belleville for the weekend as they didn't open until Monday morning, they did everything they could to get me back on the road by Monday afternoon, despite winter tyre season. I know they made a real effort to squeeze me in, and I am extremely grateful for them getting me back on the road to Ottawa. On top of that, great value. Thank you!

Terrible service and charge way to much, they take way to long for the simplest things. Do not recommend to anyone, go anywhere else.

Best mechanic around! Was driving through the area and noticed smoke coming from my car. Found oil leaking out underneath. Derry's was able to get me in quick and able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly for a very reasonable price. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Derry’s has a customer for life. Brakes and wheel bearing were replaced in a timely manner with very reasonable prices. They suggested I return after a hundred kilometers to torque the wheels. I dropped in and they immediately had an employee complete the task. I highly recommend Derry’s for automotive repair and maintenance.

Fast, friendly service. Came for a Safety, took a bit longer than an hour. Past with no issue. Good place to go and get a safety as they have a check list to show if any issue.
