Absolutely appalled. Dropped off 2 window screens last summer, took them 8 months to re-screen them. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, dropped off a different window screen a month ago. NOTHING WAS DONE. Employees then were quite rude when I asked for my screen back. DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT GET IT DONE. 4 staff members should be reprimanded/re trained.
