I had a disappointing experience at the Petro-Canada on Manning Road. First, I found it quite frustrating that the staff and employees were not speaking in English while on the phone explaining the situation —it felt inconsiderate, especially when I couldn’t understand what was being said.
Secondly, I had to rewash my car and was told I could reuse the wash, but when I returned, it had expired. When I asked for help, the staff told me I’d have to speak to the manager, with no effort to resolve the issue on the spot. It was an unhelpful and frustrating experience overall.

Pumps are incorrect, pay 80 get 75 worth. Low quailty fuel too.

Clean. Friendly staff. Prices go down in the evening. Pricing is comparable with the station across. They have a full Timmies next door.

My card got stuck in the machine for over 20 minutes. I had groceries and my baby in the car, had to wait for someone to come and take the card out with pliers. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. Not even a gift card for my time wasted. Instead “do this next time” as if I don’t know how to use a gas pump.

The closest gas station to my house so this is my go to station and they have a new manager now seems like he knows what he’s doing we exchanged ideas he was very acceptable and open minded.

Worst gas station ever, the gas machine charged me for a basic car wash by mistake and they didn't do anything about it, the guy in the convenience store just said is not my problem.

You went to prepay or card only.You just lost $140.00 a week in fuel sales. Many times I pay cash im not going in and out then in again. I will go across to pioneer or esso and pay a couple more cents that still have this service. Sorry but its your loss unless you change this policy
