Why have the app. I selected make now and I knew it would be 5 mins before I would be at the counter. There was no one in line at the counter yet I still had to ask for my order. Tim Hortons needs to take advantage of the app and the efficiency it offers both for the customer and the restaurant. McDonald's know how to use the app effectively and efficiently. Figure this out Tim Hortons.

I had such an awful experience at this location solely due to the fact of the service, food is typically consistent and always good , however, from the moment i started speaking saying my order all the way to picking up my food i was mortified at how one worker could even behave like this with a customer. I drove to the window to say my order and started with “ Hi i’d like a hazelnut iced coffee, can i get that with..” she cuts me off and says “ hang on let me punch that in” okay no problem , wasn’t nice about it but i said sure no worries, so i wait and she goes “go ahead” and i say, “ okay so can i get that with almond milk and no base” and she goes “ okay that’s something completely different” and i APOLOGIZE meanwhile she cut me off so i couldn’t complete my order .. THEN i say “can i get a turkey bacon club with no bacon” she goes “ okay so then do you want a turkey club or a turkey sandwich” but i didn’t even know what that meant ? so i said “ a turkey bacon club no bacon please“ she goes “ SO a turkey club or a turkey sandwich” and i was so caught off guard i said “i guess a turkey sandwich” but i just didn’t know that was an option , so educate me as a worker don’t get mad it was very uncalled for and you’d think it’d be done there. Then I proceed to the window to a different lady not the same one, took the money all was good and then that mic lady , comes over her shoulder to say “next time ask for a turkey sandwich” i say “oh sorry i didn’t even know what that was “ and she says “yeah a turkey bacon club has bacon “ i go “ yes that’s why i asked for no bacon” AND SHE GOES “ yes NEXT TIME ask for a turkey sandwich” It was just so rude she was a much older lady you’d think she would have a lot of experience in customer service to be polite. She was so condescending and so rude I genuinely never want to go there again , she was very unpleasant. This was February 2nd around 12:30-1:00pm she was a much older lady with pinned up hair , brunette or black hair . Horrible service won’t be back

Came in 530pm on Boxing Day...place was dead.Ordered Chipotle steak wrap, and new Chipotle pizza. One worker doing all the work while the other girl with the glasses complaining about her manager.Pizza no toppings, looks nothing like falsely advertised pictures...see photos of fake advertised and what they gave me...Sandwich gross, rice with chopped up baby food ground of what may have been beef?Who puts lettuce and cucumbers in a wrap?Stay away...I feel like I was robbed of my money.

I like this Tim Hortons, for various reasons. Service is great, staff is friendly. And when I spend my money here it feels like I'm doing so in Canada.

Cups seem to be getting cheaper and cheaper. As they get wet, they leak at the seam and at the lip at the top of the cup.

I visited this Tim Hortons location today and decided to try their pizza, which seemed unusual for a coffee shop. I asked if it was easy to eat in the car, and they assured me it was. However, I was disappointed. At $9 for a pepperoni pizza, the slices were not even cut all the way through, making it impossible to eat while driving. Plus, the size of the pizza was tiny for the price. I attached a picture to show how small it was. I won't be ordering pizza here again; I'll stick to their coffee and leave pizza to the pizzerias.

This location is on the ball! They're Fast, efficient, and have super friendly, service! And one of the best parts. They DO NOT rush your order through the intercom. (You know what I'm talking about. Where they talk over you, before you're even finished ordering your first item. Eg. "Large coffee Double Dub..." - That's a large coffee double double will that be everything?)Yeah, those workers, lol.The other great thing I have to recognize, is;This is the only location that gets my order right, all the time!~I get it, we're all human...but to consistently screw up a single item, is a bit mind boggling.I drink steeped tea. I usually only order a steeped tea, and yet somehow other locations more often than not, give me a coffee... and that's If the other locations even have steeped tea brewed. Too many times I hear "Sorry, we have no tea brewed right now. Would you like an orange pekoe instead?"No thanks. There truly is a huge difference in taste and quality, when it comes to Bagged vs. Steeped.Kudos to this location and their friendly staff!I wish I lived nearby, and not just on my way to work.I'd make this my go to, if I did.Keep up the wonderful attitude and job, ya'll do!Parking: Can get a bit hectic at times, but this location is in a prime spot, in a very busy plaza. It's nothing terrible and not hard to navigate at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors have accessible door openers, and wide enough entry and aisles to navigate for those with a walker (myself, at times)This is based on my experience and I cannot speak for those in a wheelchair, tho... As in, if it's easy for them or not.

I live a block from this location and you would think that would be a benefit on the way to work but I have less than a 50% chance of getting my coffee made correctly. The employees must be dyslexic because they constantly put twice the amount of cream and half the amount of sugar. If I dare tell them to correct it they think I’m trying to scam a $2 coffee even though I’m giving them the FULL COFFEE back. Right now there’s a 15min construction detour so because I went back and took too long they charged me for another coffee and took back the cottage cheese floating coffee they originally sold me. I started asking for black coffee with cream and sugar on the side but even that’s too difficult because the creamers are ALWAYS spoiled rotten. Maybe it’s time to hire some ADULTS who graduated high school, I’m sick of throwing away my money. Starting to believe it’s on purpose. Hands down the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. One day when they get sued over a food allergy or by screwing up some diabetic’s order they will get the picture.

I need a magnifying glass to see the size of the donuts anymore. Shrinkflation is one thing but when tge prices go up significantly and the size goes down, it is just robbery. I ordered soup and received (truly) a watered down bowl of soup (I guess so the soup could be stretched out to last longer). It was horrible. There was a time when pride was taken in the product. Now, there is just industrial junk on the shelves. If you ate in Wkndsor and want a real donut, go to Steimar's on Ouellette beside Tepperman's. There you can buy a REAL home made fritter or donut! The coffee at Tim's also tasted burnt as I have experienced at several branches. It seems that McDonald's makes a better cup of coffee these days. Someone inside did order one of the new pizzas and I must say it didn't look too bad and smelled pretty good.Parking: Wheelchair parking and entrance to the store. Plenty of other parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking but the ramps to the store are should be right where the parking spot is. Accessible store entrance but heaven forbid someone in a wheelchair wants to use the washroom. There are no accessible entrance buttons there and upon departure, the door must be pulled open as you leave (with no paper towels after you just washed your hands). Tell me how anyone in a wheelchair is to manuver in that small bathroom, pull the door open and let themselves out? Just place an accessible button on the doors.
