If there was a different store I would go there. Having spent most of my money in Marathon shows that the drive is worth it. Like any intelligent person who has shopped in this town. Customer service is only for those who know them or lie to make it look good. Customer service I have encountered in only 3 places. Anyplace else would have fired these people.

The staff are not well. I shouldn't be creeped out, sneered at, insulted, or have to deal with manic people who can't communicate in any normal way. The creepiest encounters with people I've ever had in my life. I was warned about this store by locals, and yeah...wow. Hire new staff. Also I think I spoke to one of the owners, a lady, she was rude as well. If you own the place, and you can't even do basic customer service or sales in any way, shape, or form, then please sell to someone who can. Also they have no sense covid-related, no communication from the staff on what to do, just weirdness. It has been AROUND FOR A YEAR. Figure it out, no excuses for not knowing how to interact with humans and set appropriate signage, etc.

First got asked if I needed help so I asked to get insulation. I was told by the lady she only dose the books. You might have friendly staff but the Karen that asks me if needed help should stick to the books. I asked when someone that could help me be around and was told not till Thursday. Pretty much a week away? I never new insulation was so difficult

Very friendly staff. Whatever isn’t in store can be ordered in. Bulk orders conveniently delivered at a reasonable price.

Staff friendly, quickly ask what looking for. Fair variety, and can order in most items they don't have in stock.

Friendly staff. I'm always asked if I need assistance with anything when I come into the store if someone is not already helping someone else. The particular day I went, a gentleman was quite rude but she kept her cool and came to me next with a big open smile and helped me get what I needed. Nothing better then well trained customer service.
