I went in to buy cheese that was on sale but they didn’t have any left. I was told they would give me a rain check but it was only good for the duration of the flyer. The purpose of a rain check is to be able to purchase at a later date at the sale price when there is stock. The employees at this outlet that I spoke with should be brought up to speed on what the purpose of a rain check is. Very frustrating.

Unbelievable. I placed an online order for two items that indicated available yesterday. However when I went to
The store today . Judy was very rude and I had to wait a good 5 minutes before another employee came to me claiming they couldn’t find the items. I believe they just didn’t want to do their job. I tried calling customer service but couldn’t get through. Giant tiger needs better employees.

today came in the store. the cashier was talking to another but at the cash. finally she came and I said that I wanted a refund on pants. she looked at the tag and said no you're not getting one pointing at the tag. no explanation. rude behaviour. and then she continued to talk to the customer Friend as if i did not exist. this cashier could be nice to others but she never smiles. in fact I am wondering why she works there. I will really think if I should go back

Smaller selection than some but pretty good overall. I'd like to see a bigger grocery area but it's limited by the size of the building. Staff is great. Pretty well stocked.
