I must share this story about what happened today (July 15, 2024).
I went to this Manotic Home Hardware store, 1st time ever bought a couple of Japanese beetle traps, 2 different kinds of products.
Back home, realized for one of the traps, I should have bought the lure, but I had no idea at the time I bought them in the store. So I called the store, the Manager Clarissa was so kind to have let me bought the lure on the phone, then she send her employee Ben to have it delivered to my home.
Ben arrived very fast to my place, he showed me step by step on how to install the trap (a little bit more complicated than a bag trap), Ben made sure I understood so that next time I would do things correctly.
Every employee at this store is great, especially Clarissa and Ben, I am very gratitude to them. This is a wonderful experience.

Very pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of money today (Sunday) . Car ignition key was broken in half and they were able to duplicate it. Thank you very much.

Very good hardware store with good service. The store posts they take the Scene card but when you present the cashier will either ignore it or inform you that they only take the card for $50+ expensitures

An older gentleman helped me with a mouse problem in my home. Gave me great advice and everything was very affordable. The mouse was caught less than an hour after I got home. Would give 7 stars if I could. Give that man a raise, he’s my hero. Would post photo of dead rat but probably a bad idea. Cheers.

Small but it has everything you could want. The people who helped me were efficient and even though they didn't know exactly what it was that I was searching for, they were able to find it easily
