I love this product. I have Ulcerative Colitis and I use it twice a day to help with inflammation in my colon. It also helps with my back and neck pain by reducing inflammation in my muscles as well. I would recommend it to everyone!!!

I purchased the Golden Root to help with pain and inflammation from bursitis in my shoulder and in just a week of starting, the improvement is amazing. My physiotherapist said I will be able to be discharged sooner than planned. Highly recommend the product and the market. So many great products and services.the infrared sauna is also fantastic!

Darpan is extremely knowledgable and has always taken my personal conditions into consideration when helping me select vitamins and supplements. Recently my Naturopath suggested I take Magnesium, Omega 3, and Vitamin C to aid in brain function as I continue with eye-therapy. Darpan knows that I suffer bouts of anxiety when certain Primitive Reflexes resurface (which are related to my disability). I explained her to that before when I tried taking Magnesium, which I need to relax my neck muscles, that I would feel as if I took a tranquilizer, which made me feel out of control of my body and anxious. Darpan recommended a liquid Magnesium, which I could take half of a dose in the morning, and the remaining dose later in the day. This was the most ideal suggestion, and has worked so well for me. It is such a relief to be able to give my body the vitamins and minerals it has been lacking for years because of anxiety. I now have everything I need to continue on my healing journey. When you visit the Manotick Natural Market you are in good hands!

After being diagnosed with mutiple disabilities & the lesser known one called malabsorption my health journey wasn't over. Finding the right treatment plan took years. So I ordered a $24 jar of lotion and opted for delivery. During the checkout process it stated I qualified for free delivery as I was in the area of Manotick. So all good. Few days later the owner calls and says my lotion is ready for pickup and that no I did not request delivery but that for $10 it will be delivered....I asked to just cancel order and she said she can't help me with that and that I'd have to go online and do it. Well....thats easier said than done. The site I purchased from never made me create an account so I can't access the historical purchase order to cancel or edit it. I didn't even get an order confirmation email from when I'd bought it.So I'm getting ready to move, I'm surrounded by boxes and chaos, I'm a few weeks post partum with second little one and things are crazy busy....hence me opting for "free local delivery" option that apparently I didn't request according to the store. So no I'm not loading the kids up and making a trip for cream. But with no apparent way to cancel the order theyve got my cream and my money. Way to local customers trying to support local business, Manotick Natural Market.I texted the owner back with my quandary about not being able to cancel order but haven't heard back. I've now left a voicemail too. No answer yet.If they call back and help my rectify the situation I will be sure to come back to Google reviews and reflect that in my review. Stay tuned....no news or updates to my review will mean no change. ????UPDATE: I heard back, same day, from the owner via text message. She made arrangements to have my money refunded. Note, when you order online and it allows you to check off local delivery after entering your shipping address, that does not necessarily mean you qualify for free delivery.
