You need to fire your delivery driver! I've seen him multiple times this week alone. He had ut people off speedd excessively and has zero regard for the rules of the road. He's a liability waiting to happen.

Hard to work with. Did not call back when an item was in stock. Bought about a dozen parts and half of them did not fit. One was a serpentine belt and the guy didn't ask for specs. Another was a hitch assembly and after not fitting I returned it but did not receive a refund

Don't bother driving out here. They will tell you on the phone they have parts without checking for stock and when you arrive they will call you a liar and say you never called. I only ever leave positive reviews but this place takes the cake.

Storm of Jan 22/22Stopped twice before getting to Napa had to clean my wiper blades. Front counter personal friendly and switched my wiper blades!!! Great store and staff!!!
