Best pharmacy around! I’ve been going for about 30 years. Moved out of Manotick a few years back but will not change to another pharmacy. Everyone is kind, attentive, knowledgeable. Kudos to Deb for sure!

So glad we switched to Paul's from our big box pharmacy. Very personal service with much better prescription fulfillment. A bit more expensive but worth the money.

Without a question of a doubt, this pharmacy is the best in our region. I used to be with the one on the opposite corner, and could never get anyone on the phone if I had a specific question or need...the folks down at Paul's answer within one ring, are always so friendly, and go out of their way for their customers! There is nothing like good, old fashion customer service!

They always go out of their way to help, and are truly a huge part of our community in Manotick. Was genuinely shocked when I first went in and saw the level of thoughfulness, care and thorough approach they take with prescriptions, front desk help (you’re the best, Kevin!) or simply helping with a question. If you’re tolerating the terrible service at Shoppers, do yourself a favour and give Paul’s a shot.
