I use HealthShield's in-home delivery service and that has really improved my quality of life for someone who needs RX's filled regularly.
Their team works effectively and efficiently over email making the overall process so seamless for me.
My only regret is not using them earlier.
I give gem 9/10!

I wanted to share my positive experience with the pharmacy staff at Health Shield, especially the lady at the counter. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and even checked on pricing and stock for me. The staff at Health Shield are always quick and efficient.
In comparison, the pharmacy workers at Shoppers Drug Mart locations often seem indifferent or have difficulty understanding customer requests. Health Shield is far superior, and I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful change from my old pharmacy (Costco). Smaller pharmacy, closer to home, super friendly staff and great service. Couldn't be happier and they already seem to know us. Very personable. Great job guys

I moved to the area last summer and ever since then I’ve been coming to this pharmacy to pickup all my prescriptions. Dispensing fee is a lot less than Shoppers Drug Mart and the service here is exceptional.
