Amazing store. However, the cashier on register 5 was extremely rude. Me and my boyfriend went in today evening around 8:10pm. No smile on her face.. I thought it’s okay she must be having a long day.. however, she asked my boyfriend the mode of payment, credit or debit. He replied debit, it didn’t go thought because it was credit. He said sorry it’s credit.. she made that weird face and replied rudely so it’s credit, raising her eyebrows. We didn’t say a word, we were leaving and I asked my boyfriend why she was rude. I looked back and she was talking bad about us to her colleague.
I m working in customer service too. There is only boss exists in customer service and that’s “customer” if she doesn’t like her job, she can leave.. only because of her 1 star.. I was tired after working for 10 hours shift in a restaurant and she really turned off my mood…

Why all stores don't have same choices
For instance some locations have Very poor choices of Sweet Spiced RUM 40%
Sometimes I can only find 35 %

Seems like the cashier(middle aged, white, heavy man) judged me by my skin colour. Was happily dealing with white customers. As soon as I walked to him got my ID verified since I was using my Aeroplan points( first time someone asked for an ID for using the points) his expressions changed. No Hi or thank you or have a good day as he was saying it to other customers. I did my part and said Thank You. Was there at 3:49PM. Two ladies were busy chit chatting in the middle of the aisle( one employee and other known to her) didn’t bother moving aside twice. Never going back to this lcbo.

They have screens to separate the customers, and they think that they are important because they can charge exorbitant prices for alcohol 🍸.
