Knowledgeable, professional and kind - I had the best buyer experience at Maple Acura. Our sales person Eric was amazing. Although my wife and I had done some homework on an SUV, Eric took the time to educate us on other features that make Acura a luxury car. He made sure that we understood all the details of my new car and really took the time to answer all our questions. The part I dreaded the most was the paperwork for all the finances, but Darya was able to break it down so it was simple and effortless. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a new car.

We've been to many different Acura dealerships and this is the one that we landed. I wish we had this knowledge when we first started our search because it would have saved us a lot of time. I know now that the next time we are looking for a vehicle that we can go straight to Acura Maple without any doubts. I also waited a month to write this because I wanted to make sure that there wasn't going to be any problems. The car has been perfect and the staff have followed up with us since on a few occasions to make sure that we were satisfied.
Specifically, Peter Kim, the sales manager, and his staff were straightforward, attentive, efficient, and the best price by far for the exact same vehicle specs etc. there's no funny business and they fully respected our wishes throughout the whole process. They also provided the bonuses (tire and rim insurance) that we were not expecting and there was no catch, no additional fees or anything. I really appreciated the online service agreement that I was able to sign using an online platform rather than having to go in and take a 500 page booklet home with me. Pick up and delivery were great, the sales rep took the time to walk through every single feature with us and he was really knowledgeable. I knew he knew his stuff when I saw the racing trophy on his desk! Will definitely be back for our next car if it's an Acura and hopefully it's the NSX in the showroom ?

I bought a used car for my wife from this dealership. The price and condition of the car were great, but there was miscommunication between the finance manager and the salesperson with regards to car pick up date. On top of all that the car wasn't even fully gassed when we drove away. It felt like they were doing us a favour by selling the car. Overall the only reason why we went with Maple Acura was the fact that they had a specific car we were interested in. I had much better experiences elsewhere.

They sold me a car with bad rotors and bad spark plugs I live one hour and 15 minutes away and have had 6 trips back and forth because of the car and how much times I got told off when they finally admitted that there was an issue and I need new spark plugs and rotors they charged me 500$ for spark plugs and now are trying to get me to pay 800 for new rotors don’t buy from them any other dealership will give you a better experience.

Bought a used Acura RDX from Maple Acura in mid February, after I placed the deposit I decided that I wanted to go with a different vehicle due to the trade in price they were offering at another dealership. This was prior to the sale being finalized so I called in to attempt to get my deposit back. The finance lady was extremely rude and refused to return the deposit. I explained the fact that the trade in value was not explained thoroughly and she did not attempt to resolve the situation at all, just refused to return my deposit. They would not allow me to speak with management and told me that they would keep the deposit no matter what. After taking the car home and hand washing I noticed significant damage on the trunk that was covered up when I went in to test drive the vehicle. I highly recommend going to another dealership. Here they will pressure you to make a decision on the spot and cover up any damages on the exterior prior to your arrival. Trunk will cost $1000 minimum to repair properly.
