I wanted to review my experience at this location.
I was assisted by two people. One was a front desk lady who work at the right desk and has semi curly hair. This lady was not personable at all. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there or kind of seem to not really care about the customer. Not very good for customer service.
I was also assisted with an appt with a lovely lady with glasses. This lady was wonderful in helping me achieve my needs (new pin and open account). She was wonderful - I believe her name was Rana or something.
If I go in again, I will definitely get names and update my review.

Such a terrible service. I came to deposit a cheque and Ola gave me such a hard time. Her attitude and poor customer service was shocking as I’ve never had an issue with this branch.

Bullshit service at RBC Royal Bank Of Canada , ATM Machines never work, and staffs don’t seem to care about customer’s comments and concerns

Not recommended, had appointments twice with Olabisi regarding my visa transactions., nothing was resolved. Went to other Branch in North York, very friendly, knowledgeable financial advisor Sharma helped me to cancel fraud transactions.

Highly recommended location! The financial advisor Yushan is very professional and friendly! She understood all my needs and settled them all! The front staff are very helpful to arrange the appointment as well. Thank you!

I experienced harassment and discrimination from an employee at this RBC branch, which was a terrible ordeal. I've reported the incident to the RBC complaint center, hoping they'll take appropriate action.

This branch service is very terrible. I ask one of the front desk to clarify the T5 for me. She is not willing to do so and does not speak nice. She does not offer service that is supposed to. I guess this branch rates 2.0 has the reason.

I met a very nice Professional Person at this branch. Her name is Sara. She helped me with understanding of my business account. I really was stuck with on line operations. Thanks to Sara and her knowledge of banking systems

I just met Sahar at the Bank. She helped me to open business account. For me every bank is complicated thing. But Sahar teach me how to operate on line and choose the best monthly fee. Please book appointment with her and you will not be disappointed.
