Came in, trying to return a package for FedEx, This was my first time so I was a little confused. Instead of helping me, the guy braided me and raised his voice at me more than once for not knowing/Doing it, right. I’ve been coming to this convenience store for years, And all I can say is I wish management never changed. I really miss the old owners. They were the nicest people ever. I have never had something like this happen to me before.

Went there to drop off a return, the guy starts arguing with me because I asked him to tape my package. He also scanned the wrong label and was arguing with me over that and I told him multiple times that he scanned the wrong one. He didn’t understand that he scanned the wrong label and was either pretending he didn’t know what I was talking about or he actually didn’t understand which is very hard to believe. He was also giving me a lecture as to how anywhere else I would have to put the return label on myself before returning even though I return many things and no one has ever told me something like this. Terrible customer service and this one employee was rude and reluctant to help with a bit of tape and a return label. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. Reluctant to do his job and full on attitude. I’ve dropped off my orders multiple times at this convenience store and all the employees were nice and professional and helped me out except this guy. Also, in the end he barely used any tape to shut the package properly, so if it doesn’t get there or if it gets lost/damaged I will be asking for reimbursement.

We really enjoyed the service and our helium balloon bundles which were recently done by Sam (owner). She was very pleasant, super accommodating and even completed a customized order for us at such a great price compared to other big box stores. Always support local and at the price I got I will keep on coming back. Thank you for such a great job!

Nice clean store! Went to get bday balloons, price is way cheaper than other stores and customer service was excellent and fast! I definitely will be going back!

Came in to fill up a small balloon arrangement for my son's birthday. Prices were fair and were filled up quick. I even had help with tying the bunch together...Thank you!

Nothing convenient about this store. Came to buy a few things, doors were locked with a sign saying store will be open in 10 minutes. I returned 10 minutes later and store is still closed. Bought what I needed at the gas station, came back out of curiosity and still closed. Good way to lose customers.

Came in for an urgent helium balloon fill for 2 balloons, after seeing a sign outside!
While Walmart does it for $0.25, Party City for $0.50 and Canadian Tire at a sky rocket $4…The owner here asked for $15.99 per balloon, that’s a total of $31.98 for the two!!
The owner was not present, as she was contacted over the phone by an employee…after the balloons were filled, the price was negotiated down (on a second call with the owner) to $7.99 per balloon, for a total of $14.98 for the two.
I had no choice but to pay the price at this point!!
This is apparently a new owner that just took over the business, but if this is the way that they will be running their business going forward, then Good luck surviving with this mentality.

Whenever i enter the store in the evening i saw that guy Ash , he is very friendly nice to talk with. I enjoy talking with him . He’s a great guy , wonderful by nature ,very mature and very responsible.

On website it show the store opens at 8am. I have been waiting here for almost half a hour to pick up an urgent parcel. The store hasn’t been opened yet. Now it’s 8:20.
Revisited the store in the afternoon and was told the store opened late due to owner’s family emergency. The staff was friendly, parcel pick up was smooth.
