No under car wash at the beginning like all other Shell. And rims are still with soap when it’s done.
Nothing the car wash hour is 6am -10 pm.

Disappointed to report that the other reviewers were right about the car wash being super slow. The 17min sign at the entrance was exactly 1 hour of wait time. Please fix the sign.

Worst shell out there, car wash permanently closed. They make up the hours that it’s open don’t waste your time. Says 11 online you go at 10;25 and they’re closed and they say 10:30 lol.

This was honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had in my life.
According to the Shell app, the car wash was open, and when I arrived at the location, two cars were already using the car wash right in front of me. I was physically standing at the car wash, the app generated a code for me, and the machine even accepted the code, which clearly proves the car wash was operational.
However, the operator kept insisting that the car wash was closed and refused to let me enter, even though everything clearly showed it was open. The operator was lying repeatedly and gave completely contradictory information.
On top of that, the operator’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told him I would file a complaint, his response was “I don’t care”, and he showed absolutely no respect or concern for the customer.
This location has very weak customer service, dishonest staff, and no accountability. I would not recommend this Shell car wash to anyone. Extremely disappointing experience.

Aggressive staff, poor attitude. Car wash closed early at 10:30pm without any notice. This is the poorest shell car wash station I have ever visited among all Shell stations. Never try to improve over the years with piles of negative comments and complaints.

Long queue for the car wash even in the morning and the cash wash power is weak.

Car wash is closed at 10pm
And when it's open you'll have to wait 1 hr to get car wash done.
All other shell locations have their car wash Open atleast till 12 am

Horrible car wash system. Just waited 30 mins in the car wash line, swiped and the door opened. But the car wash didn't work. Had to drive out the other end. Never going here again

This is the slowest car wash I have ever been to. Each car takes 8 to 10 minutes, making the wait incredibly long. There’s a sign at the entrance stating a 17-minute wait from that point, but in reality, it takes over an hour! Very misleading and frustrating.

The car wash was closed to additional cars at 10:23 pm on Thursday December 12, 2024 even though there were only three cars waiting in line at the car wash entrance. I moved the pylon aside and drove to the back of the line. I put the pylons back in place behind me. I was the last car in line and I exited the car wash at 10:48 p.m. so the car wash closed too early. According to the car wash hours posted by Shell, it should have been open until 22:59 hours which is 10:59 p.m.

Avoid this station, the gas pump screens blast you with noisy ads while you pump gas. If we dont boycot stations that do this it will become the new norm. Use petro canada across the street.
