This gas station has the worst customer service some of the items are also expired so be careful what you buy at this gas station

Was buying cigarettes and a bunch of stuff for over 50$ and was told they can’t give me change for 100$ while gas station was packed. This happened 3 times, now I avoid this place even though it’s on my way to work. Only gas station that does this. Petro across the street doesn’t play these games.

I’ve never seen such a bad costumer service, I went to carwash tonight around 10.30pm but the cashier was very rude, the carwash was broken and when I went inside carwash by my car no water comes out, so when I asked why it worked like this, he said you don’t know how you use and you broke our carwash, he shouted at me and I was shocked by his behavior, he was really really rude guy, I’m talking to the owner when your carwash is broken and no water comes out it is not costumer fault and second how did you find such a rude and bad temper employee!!!!

October 11. 2022This is a 5 star review for "Sothy".A gentle man cashed his lotto ticket and won $10 but soon as he got the winning copy of his ticket he left the counter Sothy then called him out loud waving the $10 in his hand telling him he forgot his winning price... such an honest person...I also wanted to thank him for being patient. Kind and professional. Shell Gas station must be proud to have an individual like you working for them. God Bless you Sothy ?

I buying a car wash include tax $18.07 and went inside car wash . Two of those hole that spraying shampoo and water was t working properly .so when drive out I see foam all over car and when I talk to staff inside store . He wasn't helpful and asking me to buy another regular car wash and drive in to fix it .... so I give this location service one star .....

I was adding fule sept 10. 2022. 3:30pm And over the Intercom I wad asked if I was going to pay. Then stated to make sure I pay. Then acted dismissively when I told him how rude it is to imply somone wouldn't pay. He didn't ask any other patrons over the intercom. I asked. Upon my exit. The manager was no better with excuses about past gas theft. As though it justifies assuming I may be a thife. I'd give a lower rating if I could.

Went here in August 2022 and they said 'cash only' at the gas pump. Any reasonable person would assume they allow credit/debit inside the store when the gas pump isn't accepting cards. Guess what, their store also only accept cash.The cashier completely refused to listen to me suggesting how confusing that is. Actually the guy started arguing with me for some reason instead of accepting feedback. Good thing I got cash on me otherwise would've been forced to use the ATM there. Definitely never coming back to this station again. Completely unreasonable behaviors and misleading signs trying to get customers to pay cash while not fixing their machines. Unacceptable.

Notices that Shell don't have tapping visa for paying!! I don't know why!not convenient at all to keep inserting credit card and putting password. That makes me go to petro canada .

Good car wash services... easy to use with Shell Wash Card... if you renew your expired card within 7 days of the last wash, you get extra wash for free.

If you think to buy a car wash pass, please consider again!The helpful night shift guy advise the wash " MUST BE CLOSE AT 21:30 " for this 24H operate gas station.
