I have been going to this station for the past two years, I recently had a bad experience with one cashier, I went in to pay for my gas and told the guy I'm a pump 3 black BMW he said in his monitor he sees a white car I went out and verified that I was Infact at pump 3 he kept insisting he was right about a white car being there, now I'm starting to get irritated. He eventually turn the pump on by then I forgot I set the pump trigger on hold when I got back to the pump I pulled out the nozzle and gas was everywhere. His direct incompetence lead to this.

I filled regular gas but they changed me for premium. I called and informed online to but I got back response that their pump is new and no one else have complained. So it means what they charged me is correct. I paid more than $10 extra.
If no one else complained, maybe those users didn't pay attention to their invoices.
Please check your invoice if you by chance filling gas here.

I have been coming to this gas station quite often out of convenience that it's close to work, but recently, in the past 2 days I've stopped by, it smelled like something's dead and rotten. I notified the cashier yesterday (Dec 28) and today(Dec 29), but the only actions they did was spray febreze instead of investigating where the smell is coming from. It smells so bad...
My reasoning for a 3 stars rating.

This gas station has racist cashier and because I'm black he wouldn't let me fill my gas. I had to come inside to Pay first. At pump #1. I never stole anything in my life. I dont represent all black people. I'm ONLY responsible for MY ACTIONS. I have been coming to this location over 10 years. I will never come back. They can keep their gas!This cashier needs more customers service training.I already email Shell head office. I'm not putting all Indian people from India togetherBut some of you have the wrong ideas about black people. Which is not fair cause some people think other things about you guys. There are other Shell I can go and I dont need to come to this location.
