“I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. They took the time to provide a very thorough estimate, and Mariam was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Honestly, my car looks even better than it did before the accident! They also went above and beyond by detailing the car inside and out, and when I picked it up, it looked absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work, great customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. A special thank you to Mariam for making the entire process so much easier and stress-free! Read less”

“After having my car hit and wrote off last fall I purchased my dream car. A few weeks ago I was rear ended by a Mack truck. I was of course devastated. I went back to Carstar to see Sunny because he was so supportive through the process of my last car being a write off. It’s scary trusting your car to a body shop but I had complete faith in leaving my car here because the vibe was so good. I picked up my car today and the results exceeded my expectations. The repair was done perfectly and my car was spotless. Sunny walked me through what was done and I am over the moon happy with the work done, the customer service, and the general care and concern. I literally felt like I did the day I bought it.”

“Outstanding Service & Top-Quality Work! I had an excellent experience with Mister John Auto Collision. From start to finish, the service was professional, smooth, and stress-free. They did an amazing job repairing my car damage — the quality of the work exceeded my expectations and my car looks brand new again. I can see that you use materials of top notch quality higher than even dealerships. Kudos Special thanks to Vince and Frank, for their professionalism, transparency, and hands-on approach. They clearly care about their customers and take pride in their work. A huge massive shout-out to Kandy, who truly went above and beyond in every aspect. She did an outstanding job coordinating everything, keeping me informed, and making the entire process easy and worry-free. “I am so happy with Mr. Yaro's work. The bumper of my 2025 Mazda CX-5 was damaged, as were the rocker panels on both passenger-side doors. I went to two different garages, and they gave me very high bills. Luckily, I went to CARSTAR Downsview, and against all odds, their bill was six times cheaper than the previous quotes, and the work was impeccable. I highly recommend this garage to everyone for its excellent value and quality workmanship. Thank you again, Mr. Yaro. You saved me!”
