Mohammed and the gang at Vaughan Medical Pharmacy are always on point and are very informative on the prescriptions they fill. They're always on the ball and have my prescriptions ready on time and with a smile. I live in Aurora and still come down to Vaughan Medical Pharmacy to get my stuff. Moe and the gang rock.

I called pretty late on a long weekend. My autoimmune condition mandates that I wear multiple layers of protection wherever I go during this pandemic. However, I had seven fresh stitches around my mouth and chin area that day and wearing masks was inconvenient and painful. The pharmacy was closing in one hour and they don't offer deliveries on Saturdays. Mohamed was waiting for me and even offered his wife to deliver my medication to my door! "We will not leave you hanging" he said. There is so much compassion in this man and I was moved to tears! Thank you Mohamed for treating me like a human being instead of an inconvenient customer!

I absolutely love love love this pharmacy. Mohammed and Liliana arw by far the most attentive and caring pharmacists I've ever met. I go out of my way to get my prescriptions filled at this location because I love the customer service and level of knowledge and professionalism shown by the entire team.

Similar to the other review, if I could give 0 stars I would too. These people are incompetent and have nothing but unnecessary attitude before you can even say hello. With confirmation from my doctor that their office received the fax for my prescription days ago, they stated twice they had nothing. I ended up having to go through the hassle of getting my prescription sent to another pharmacy nearby who had everything ready for me in 30 mins. This is the first and last time I ever try to go here.

Honestly, if I could a 0 star I would. They really have no manners and dont know how to treat their patients. I have never seen any pharmacist as confused and rude as they are.
