“TL:DR -- experience was great 10/10, would remarry just to buy another ring with them.
I went there to design an engagement ring and they helped me tremendously with the process. They gave me pointers and explain some techniques that I never knew about that would make sense to add the the ring. They took their time and I felt very comfortable asking questions about the process.
I initially told them I did not need the ring rushed but some of my plans changed and they were able to rush the ring and get done in time.
The ring, of course, came out absolutely beautiful.”
“I am a big fan of Doxa watches, but was unaware there is an Authorized Dealer in Canada. After learning of Classic Creations – with Marnie specifically recommended – I made a point of stopping in on a recent trip to Toronto. I was looking to see several models in real life, and wow – I was not disappointed! With a very good selection of Doxas in stock, I was able to see so much better how various models/colours look and feel. However, they carry several great brands, and it was actually a King Seiko I first left with. Having had a good look at the Doxas, though, I kept in communication with Marnie and soon after getting home ordered one I had seen.
My experience? Better than I have experienced in a very long time! Many purchases now earn 5/5 ratings just for providing the right product with no mistakes. I experienced so much more than that – Marnie had an impressively high level of product knowledge, went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible (a deal so much better than I expected), and kept in contact with me via text. The result is I bought a beautiful watch in person when first there in November, had another shipped to me soon after, and was able to have enough trust in Marnie’s knowledge and professionalism to order a diamond necklace made for a Christmas gift. Marnie provided exceptional, personal service, pricing better than I had expected, and some seriously nice ‘extras’ when shipping my order to me. I will make a point of buying from Classic Creations – and specifically Marnie – again. Very highly recommended.”
“Great, friendly people work here. They will take very good care of your watches. I've been here a couple times and plan to take my watches there for any issues I might have with them. Well priced and they also give a one year warranty for the batteries, haven't needed it yet but it's good to have. They also give good advice with anything they might notice during inspection if you weren't aware of them. I really appreciate that.”

“I had a great experience at the Fossil store at Vaughan Mills, thanks to the store manager, Jenny. I originally bought a watch for $170 online, but in-store it was $189 for two. Unfortunately, the exact watch I had purchased was out of stock in the store, so I couldn’t buy it again at the lower price.
Even so, Jenny went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely patient, supportive, and worked hard to find the best possible solution for me. She showed me several beautiful designs that matched my style and preferences perfectly.

“Although my wife and I weren’t planning to make a purchase when we went to Yorkdale mall, we definitely contemplated on upgrading our wedding bands from Tiffany & Co. As we walked around, we went into essentially all jewelry boutiques such as Cartier, David Yurman, Van Cleef, Tiffany & Co (again), and finally… Bvlgari. To be absolutely honest, Bvlgari wasn’t a brand that popped up and added to the list during our exploration. We walked into Bvlgari without any prior appointments made and was warmly welcomed by Franco. He was very knowledgeable and patient, while we looked at each section trying on different pieces. We were quite impressed with the hospitality and he really built us the confidence in Bvlgari’s product quality.
However, we weren’t exactly prepared to purchase new wedding bands that moment, which Franco kindly kept in touch with us for next two weeks. After further consideration, we decided to make the purchase! Although the product is great quality (I like the feel of heaviness in the product), I can confidently say Franco played the major part in building this connection. Purchasing luxury boutique products is not simply a sales transaction, it’s an experience. Most importantly, luxury is inclusive, genuine and natural. The interaction did not feel forced and less of being sold a product but finding an experience where we can turn that moment into a special memory. “When I first entered the store, I have to admit that I felt a bit disappointed. After we walked in, a sales associate initially approached us to offer assistance, but he was stopped by a lady at the entrance, who told us that we could just look around by ourselves. From my understanding, the store usually operates on a one-on-one service model.
That being said, I would still like to sincerely thank Jennifer. Once she began assisting us, she demonstrated a very professional, patient, and welcoming attitude. She took the time to understand our needs, answered our questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. There was a small issue during payment, but she remained calm and patient, waiting us resolve it without showing any frustration.
In addition, she carefully explained the product care instructions and provided detailed information about after-sales services, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. When we later returned to the store to pick up the item, the experience was smooth and very satisfying.
Overall, despite the slightly disappointing start, Jennifer’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly made a positive impression. I genuinely appreciate her excellent service and dedication, which ultimately made the entire shopping experience a pleasant and memorable one，she definitely deserves 5 starts!”
