“On my way to Sauble from Caledon, for a family getaway, I heard a weird noise from the front end of my f150….. realized I could not proceed with my trip…… and three upset children and wife with me. I called Allan’s and they took me in right away. Long story short i did my own brakes a couple weeks ago and was not aware that the caliper bolts are one time use, so one broke…… I was back on the road in 45 mins of making the phone call to Allan’s. The receptionist was amazing and the tech was super. Not to mention the ( I’m assuming ) owner. Thanks for getting me back on the road like a nascar pit crew and for a very reasonable price! Thanks again…. I would highly recommend this place as your go to shop!”
“I had the pleasure of bringing my truck to Bernards for service, they corrected a problem with my tires that two other shops couldn't repair. Also had an oil change done, fast and they even washed my truck.!
I had my Mazda in a few weeks ago, same results.
Will definitely be bringing my Solstice there, no worries for me as to the level of care for my fun car.
Sitting in their waiting room gave me an opportunity to observe the operation and I can honestly say I was impressed by the way they talked to and treated other customers, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly and helpful. Definitely a small town family business.
Thank you Jessica and Jennifer, and the techs that performed the repairs, outstanding!
They also sell used cars and from the street the repair shop is not as obvious (thats how I missed them), was told about their service shop by my mailman.
Long story short, yes, I would absolutely recommend them.”
