I like them for the fact that they really care about wallet (e.g. don't fix this and save some money, oil change when your car is getting older) - which I am really appreciated...
I think the reason why I gave fewer stars is because:
1) there are 2 separate occasions my headlight lightbulb need to get replaced but Mike told me it is the ballast is broken but when I shipped it to the dealer they said it's just the lightbulb. The second time I visited him he said the same thing....so now end up I am kind of forced to find another mechanic who is willing to do the job
2) my dad's car, the car's battery died so he drove to the garage. The person (I am not sure if it is Mike this time) use his measuring tool and test the battery to say it is still good to go. In less than 2 weeks, the battery died again and he still said the same sh!t...
I know he cares for our wallet, but my time (not sure about my father because he is a retiree, lol) is valuable too!

Not trustworthy mechanic
Brought in two tires to replace my front two bald ones. Brought in two Michilan tires each worth well over 100
He finishes the job and charged me 40
After I left I checked the front tires he took one of my Michilan tire and replaced it with one of his own tires general brand and it was flat
I should've read the Google reviews first the man is a con and a snake. He took my good tire and replaced it with a flat no good one

I’ve been coming here for years. I was referred by a close friend of mine. Have never gone anywhere since. Mike and staff are wonderful people. I’ve saved thousands of dollars by bringing all my cars here. I used to go to Toyota years ago. They told me I had to fix the exhaust system for $3500. I was suspicious so I brought my car into Mike. He inspected my car and told me the exhaust was fine and that it was my timing belt. Mike is an honest gentleman. I can come to him with all my car issues and know that I will get honest advice and reliable service. I highly recommend. Best mechanic shop in Markham!

Mike is a man who loves what he does. He is actually worried about the cars he works in and, mostly, the customers he takes care of like they're his own family. It's truly difficult to find a mechanic who doesn't just want to make a quick buck off of customers. One little, but spectacular, thing about him is the way he shows the customer all the parts that were replaced, or the work that was done, and explains the reasons like explaining a 5 year old. Never have worried about the car after finding his shop.

Professional team, reliable work. Mike tells you honestly what needs to be replaced in your car and what doesn't. They don't try to rip you off like the car dealerships who come up with numerous reasons to overcharge you. Highly recommend

Went for a winter tire to change. This is twice happened, forgot to put the rim cover. when I went to pickup, didn’t even apologize, rather told that people do make mistakes and not to come if I am not satisfied. I was going to this shop since he owned and helping the business grow. This is how I got treated at last. Very well Mike. Good luck with your business and goodbye. You never going see me and will not recommend your shop to anyone.
