While I have always admired ALDO's exceptional collection, my recent visit was deeply disappointing.
The sales lady was astonishingly rude. As we were trying on shoes and deciding on our purchase, she remarked, "I hate these kinds of people," merely because we were taking our time. This occurred on a quiet weekday with hardly any customers in the store. Her comment completely ruined my day and tarnished my shopping experience. Encounters like this highlight the importance of courteous staff for a truly enjoyable retail experience.

I visited Markville Mall location and thankfully I was helped by the most amazing and professional staff ever!! They were courteous, friendly, patient and extremely thorough getting my situation solved. Luckily they handled the entire transaction from beginning to end and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I appreciated their service, their smiles and customer service skills !! Best experience EVER at ALDO! Thank you SIDDONIE (asst manager) and DEANDREA (sales lead) you made our special occasion that much extra special !! Shoes fit great and were perfect !!!

I’ve been shopping at Aldo for over 20 years and today I met the most knowledgeable and nicest representative. Siddonie at the store in Markville mall went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were helped. She was patient, kind and knew all about each shoe we asked about. Thank you for making shopping such a pleasurable experience. Aldo is lucky to have someone like you representing them.

The lady working was very rude. I went around closing time and they had the shutter down very low, so i asked her to raise it as my mother is old and cannot bend over that much to get in. she said every other store is doing it too in a very rude manner, whereas all the other stores had it high enough to be able to walk in without bending down. I hope aldo will take notice as this may be a safety concern.

Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service miss Deandrea. ?⭐️I really appreciate your patience, understanding and your time in assisting me to buy the boots that I wanted for my birthday. The two boots that I wanted were out of stock in store but she helped me to order it online even tho she’s helping many customers, she handled it so very well. Easier transaction and service with a sweet smile as well. Happy personality and she has the passion and love for her job aswell. Keep it up! DONT COME TO THIS STORE. i went around 11:40am this morning, wanted to refund a pair of boots i bought from Hillcrest Mall 2 days ago. i could tell the girl at cash was not very enthusiastic about my refund request already, and i was so right. she opened the box and immediately told me “THESE LOOK WORN TO ME” and that she’ll “GET IN TROUBLE” if she processed it. she acted like i was a scam. i was like yo, these were on display. and her attitude was so awful, basically flat out told me to GTFO. pics for reference. what kind of customer service is this? i’m never purchasing from aldo again

WORST store manger!!I purchased a pair of shoes late July, but they didn’t fit me properly so I tried to get a larger size or a different type of shoe.The store manager would not except the shoes because I did not have a receipt even though I contacted customer service and they said it would be fine.(The shoes were in mint condition still in box - she tried giving me the excuse that they looked used.. I think she might need to get her eyes checked)Avoid the store manager at all cost. She is very rude and difficult to deal with not willing to help at all.She would not give me her name, but avoid the short blonde with too much make up!Nasty Service!
