Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service miss Deandrea. ?⭐️I really appreciate your patience, understanding and your time in assisting me to buy the boots that I wanted for my birthday. The two boots that I wanted were out of stock in store but she helped me to order it online even tho she’s helping many customers, she handled it so very well. Easier transaction and service with a sweet smile as well. Happy personality and she has the passion and love for her job aswell. Keep it up! I hope Aldo will notice their great employees. ? ???I will come back for more purchases in the future to buy in Aldo Markville because of this experience. ??Thank you & Happy Holidays? DONT COME TO THIS STORE. i went around 11:40am this morning, wanted to refund a pair of boots i bought from Hillcrest Mall 2 days ago. i could tell the girl at cash was not very enthusiastic about my refund request already, and i was so right. she opened the box and immediately told me “THESE LOOK WORN TO ME” and that she’ll “GET IN TROUBLE” if she processed it. she acted like i was a scam. i was like yo, these were on display. and her attitude was so awful, basically flat out told me to GTFO. pics for reference. what kind of customer service is this? i’m never purchasing from aldo again

WORST store manger!!I purchased a pair of shoes late July, but they didn’t fit me properly so I tried to get a larger size or a different type of shoe.The store manager would not except the shoes because I did not have a receipt even though I contacted customer service and they said it would be fine.(The shoes were in mint condition still in box - she tried giving me the excuse that they looked used.. I think she might need to get her eyes checked)Avoid the store manager at all cost. She is very rude and difficult to deal with not willing to help at all.She would not give me her name, but avoid the short blonde with too much make up!Nasty Service!

I don't like to write negative reviews, but this was ridiculous. I have been to this store 2 times in the last month, and every time the service gets worse and worse. Today I decide to stop by and check out their new summer arrivals. 40 minutes after the store is suppose to be open, it's empty inside, Doors locked shut and almost 20 or so line of customers waiting outside. Once the staff and the short chubby woman, the manager I assume opened the door, there was no greeting, or apology for the late open. She seem miserable, created an uncomfortable environment for us all. I assume this behaviour is dismissed by management, because it has influenced the employees to have this same energy. No welcoming vibe, very unprofessional staff and manager. If you cannot handle customers, or even fake a smile you should find a different profession. I work hard for my money, and rather spend it somewhere that deserves it. Better to shop online, or go to other location. Won't be returning to this location again. Zero stars if I could. Stay away friends!

Standing in line to pay was terrible. There's at least 4 other staff walking by seeing me at cashier wishing to pay. There's a customer before me placing orders on various shoes. The customer even asks me "is there no one else to help you?" And the cashier says absolutely nothing - a nice thing to say would've been - "I'm so sorry for your wait - please be patient". Customer Service here needs manners.

Had a really great experience with SIDDONIE , best customer service ever. Needed a pair of shoes and couldn’t decide on the colour, showed her my dress and she was able to help me find the shoes that I needed. Thank you Siddonie you’re amazing

My wife bought a pair of shoes in this store, November 15th, tried the shoes the following day but it hurt her back so she decided to return the shoes to the store, the associates name as Ibrahim,When my wife tried to return the shoes, Adam the days manager checked the soles and told my wife that the sole were worn out and were old shoes and denied a refund or exchange. The sad part was their comment that it is impossible for them to sell an old shoes, which implies that my wife has worn out the shoes. From November 15th and we only got the time to go back to the store on the 21st, and they showed the soles and when we checked, it looked like it was worn for like months. My wife did not check the soles and not many people do. Be careful of this store, they sell returned shoes and pass it as new

Aldo’s customer support phone lines were down for 3+ days, I went to another Aldo store and they didn’t help, told me to keep calling. So I called the Markville store directly and spoke to Adam, he told me to come in and he would be able to assist. Adam was definitely taking calls to the store all day, due to similar issues with the Canada line - but still had such a positive attitude. He was so helpful, and efficient and explained the situation to me. My interaction with Adam made my purchase a positive experience.

Tried to refund a pair of shoes, but the system was not co-operating. The manager, Adam, was sooo apologetic, accommodating and sweet. Amazing customer service. Thank you Adam :)

I went to this store today. I have been there for about 20 minutes browsing bags. There were two girls- Joyce and Marium. They gave such a welcoming experience. Joyce, esp., was very eager to help every customer who came in. Thank you guys. A very few people give such service.

Very poor customer service.Inexperienced not well trained staff.The store manager does not have power to wave off a dollar for a bag.I bought stuff worth 1000 dollars and they charged me excess for a bag and instead of refunding me they charged again.When I called the store the manager said he cannot do anything online and asked me to come to store again for refund.Waste of time and gas.They don’t have any power to compensate for their mistakes.Just sorry which will not compensate for my loss of time and gas.Make a customer not break a customer.
