Truly the best honest and compassionate people in the mechanic auto shop world. I can’t even express how thankful I am for Philip, the owner and Lucas and the whole team for taking me in with open arms given the holidays. Super kind and understanding on the phone and took me in right away and got right to my vehicle with a frustrating water pump issue and ECP dash light. Fixed it with my part I bought and replaced and got it done in a snap. If you have a VW or Audi or anything they can do it and very customer service satisfaction oriented. Best mechanic In gta my GLI had been through hell and back every mechanic telling me to get rid of the car that there’s nothing i can do that’s it was a lemon car . However Phil first of all the guy is a wizard any problem he will diagnose and have a solution always, on top of that he’s such a honest and genuine guy that Im so grateful to meet, when I went to him he rebuilt my cylinder head and he after realized the engine needed to be swapped after finding issues in bottom half of the engine he refunded my money to put towards another engine even tho it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t have to give my money back after that we swapped the engine , which probably no other shop could do as I had tried to inquire about in the past but everyone shut me down. Since then my car has been running beautiful since couldn’t more grateful for finding almost racing 5 star service in every aspect

Great service. Connected with Phil after a friend's recommendation. Spoke about the possibility of purchasing a 2017 SQ5. Phil asked questions about the vehicle and helped me make the decision to purchase it. Brought it in for the first oil change and inspection. Service was excellent from Lucas and completed on time. Took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. Like others have said, booking was a month and a half out, but it's worth the wait. Can't wait to go ahead and unlock the car with the available tunes!!!

Wow, what an amazing experience and great service that I received. Phil was really easy to deal with and communicated with me all along the way. They changed some timing components on my Q5 3.0T for LESS than the quoted price since the chains did not need to be replaced! (Which was already THOUSANDS less than several other quotes that I received).The only negative was that I had to wait 2 months to get my vehicle serviced. However, since I was able to park my vehicle in my garage and wait, it was WELL worth the wait. Also, they are booking that far out because there is so much demand to use their shop (because they are that good). My vehicle is running really well now. Thank you Phil and Almost Racing.

Needed to replace my oil filter housing and got my intake valves cleaned on my 2.0t FSI. Excellent quotes. Worth the drive from Burlington. Oh and they did a couple extra bits and quote was the same price. Going back for next service .
