Walked into the waiting area, my elderly father sat on a stool which promptly fell apart (the top was not screwed in, just resting on the base), injured his already messed up back. The owner offered no apology, shrugging the incident off saying "okay, we have insurance" when confronted with me taking photos of the stool and trying to gather the contact info of a witness for a lawsuit.

Pat's auto repair service exceeded my expectations. I had a broken SERP belt causing overheating, and he addressed and fixed it with remarkable efficiency. The rates were genuinely fair. Highly recommended for reliable and cost-effective repairs.

Pat was excellent from the start.Quick on getting a quote, follow up on additional items that needed attention and timely turnaround to get it all fixed. Had rear brake pads, rotors and ball joints replaced. Went above and beyond fixing a rattle that had been ongoing as well.Impressed with the customer service and quick response for follow up.Thank you Pat, looking forward to returning in the future to Auto Genics in Markham.Services: General repairs & maintenance
