For oil changes and tire swaps fine. BUT I had appointment but never got on lift close to 2 hrs after the time I came in and when looked at the needed a part they couldn't get because they were closing in 15mins.... I said fine left it overnight to get fixed next day came back at noon and still not ready because the parts don't fit ... now they say another 2 hrs before part comes in. SHOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN CAR HOME it was still drivable. A 35 minute job became 24 hours. At least I had a comfy seat whole I was waiting at appointment time that's why 2 stars. Hopefully job is done right will make part 2 if not.

I recently took my car to get rustproofing, based on the great reviews. They were able to explain the process and were quick to address any issues or concerns that were brought up.
The owner and Staff were both friendly and responsive.
Highly recommend!

I went to Autoniche a few days ago and I was impressed by their service. Daniel, Emily, and their mechanics are a top-notch team and they were able to fix my vehicle within a reasonable time at a modest price.
I appreciate their courtesy checks, love their emailed vehicle inspections, and I'm grateful that they found a critical issue with my new vehicle (which was taken care of by the dealer and spot-on with Autoniche's diagnosis).
I shall be back, thank you for your help!

Back in 2011 or 2012, I googled female mechanics after seeing an article in the newspaper. Autoniche was closest to where I lived so I took my 1997 Toyota Corolla for servicing and I was very pleased with the work Emily and her team did.
I appreciate their full transparency and honesty which is refreshing as I have been very distrustful of independent mechanics.
By 2014 I had to say good bye to the Corolla because it was time to retire her. I bought a new car but was getting the services done through the dealership.
Fast forward to 2024, I kept Autoniche in my list of contacts and decided to take my car in to get the headlight bulbs replaced. Well, once again Autoniche came through with excellent and efficient service. Daniel was my first contact by phone and in person and in both instances very courteous and professional handling my requests.
The cost to replace both bulbs including labour was super affordable considering what other places wanted to charge me.
I had a chance to speak with Emily and she was as I remembered super cool and down to earth.

My first time using AutoNiche (Markham) and Corrosion free rustproofing. I’m glad I chose this location as everything went great. From booking/accommodations to the rust proof application!
Daniel is very knowledgeable on this product. Glad it’s on my new vehicle now and protecting.
Waiting area is very clean and the technician who applied the product did an excellent job! Will definitely recommend and return here!

Had them change the coolant. Took it the dealer for a check. Dealer says coolant is watered down.
I believe the dealer because autoniche broke a part and could not return the vehicle on time. They fixed it at their cost but the part they broke was related to the coolant. It leaked. I did not mention the coolant to the dealer and had completely forgotten about it until they told me it was watered down
Add to that the prices are more expensive than the dealer I will not be back

Very friendly staff, my vehicle was ready when promised,
and the entire process (rust proofing) was smooth. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a shop to do rust proofing and I found Auto Niche based on their positive reviews. Emily and Asad were at the front desk and they were professional and attentive. The technician Rayon also did a great job showing me the car after the rust proofing was done. I will definitely come back for the next rust proofing based on my experience.

First time customer at AutoNiche, googled someone who does air conditioning service. I was delighted with the extraordinary service they provided. My Mazda was inspected, diagnosed, pressure and vacuum tested, and then recharged all in the same day. Daniel even stayed open past closing time to allow us to pick up the car as we needed it next day. All for a very reasonable price. They are highly recommended - I would definitely use their services again for my automotive needs.
