A few months ago I was lucky enough to be helped by Kajol at the Markville location. The reason it was still in the back of my head to write a post after several months have gone by was because she was so kind to me and went above and beyond to help me with an item that they did not have in the store. This was also my experience at the Upper Canada Mall locations, on 2 different occasions where I did not feel like I needed a trusted friends opinion as it felt like Ruth was helping me as a friend rather than a salesperson. This made me trust her more and made me want to purchase my items with confidence. The level of kindness they offered me was heart warming, Thanks Kajol and Ruth, your kindness was not forgotten.

I had a really good experience at BR. The lady(sorry, I didn’t get your name!) who helped me was not only super nice and patient but super helpful on choosing a dress for me that I would never try if was shopping alone ! The dress turned out great and I can say thank you enough !

Awful in-store experience at Markville Mall. I returned a skirt I received in the mail yesterday. The associate there (I don't know his name, he's of Asian descent) accused me of "removing and re-attaching" the tag. He then proceeded to ask me the colour of the bag that the skirt was delivered in, as if that had any relevance. His tone was accusatory and very humiliating. He could not seem to believe that perhaps I was sent an item that had a tag re-attached to it. I won't be shopping from Banana Republic ever again, never mind this location. To the associate, learn how to speak to customers and get off your high horse.

I was there to do a return and didn't plan on buying anything at the store. But the sales associate Vrinda was very friendly and helpful and professional so I ended up getting two pairs of pants. I had been there many times but it was by far one of the best experiences.

Made a purchase Saturday Dec 16 and the weekend before so I felt I have to put a review in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I like the clothing and the good customer service.

I had a bad experience at this location. Banana Republic stores are great at Yorkdale, Eaton Centre - However the Manager( He's Asian - using for reference only as I don't know his name) at this location is rude, does not have good customer service skills. A lot of the reviews have mentioned this but looks like BR is ignoring it. Anyway I’ll go to other stores to buy my stuff or do it online. Don’t bother to go here.The store does have amazing people to help out, I just don't want to talk to the manager here.

I have gone to this Store to buy a pair of pants and a jacket, I went to the fitting room and my wife just followed me into the room to help by matching clothes, at this time their manager asked my wife to come out of the fitting room with rude manner and behaviour, I told him that she is here to help me but we were told that it is against the policy. It's nonsense, I left the store immediately and bought my stuff from another shop. These people need to get proper customer service Training.

Had a very nice experience here when my husband and I came to shop. We were assisted by Roger who provided phenomenal service and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable when helping us find the right size.
