Extremely rude employees. The guy who picks up the phone and then Allan who eventually picks up. Excruciating time dealing with 1 word 1 week later Allan. He clearly doesn't care so we went elsewhere for our 10k flyers. Found a better price too. Extremely poor customer service and overall experience.

I handed over a very old, very sentimental book that didn’t belong to me for scanning. It was not returned to me in the way I submitted it and when I asked Allan to fix it I was told “don’t be ridiculous” and then he took his nail and scratched off the blemish. One star.

Printed a B2 sized poster. The measurement was initially off, Allan quickly remedied and reprinted. He even went beyond and even put it in the frame. Very quick to respond and the print quality was fantastic. Highly recommend Allan and his team!

We have been dealing with this location for years but recently ordered some business cards as usual and was disappointed with the final product. Compare to the older cards, it was yellowy as if it was sitting in the sun for a while. I send an email to them about this issue and no feed back. We will be looking for a new print shop.
