- the product was delivered on a different date
- We didn’t get the refund for the returned item
- staffs were RUDE and knew nothing about the products and didnt know refund process

I had a great experience finding a plan for all my family’s phones thanks to Gian. He was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain all my options so that I could get the best deal! Amazing customer service and made the whole process smooth and easy :)

The customer service from Guru was excellent! He helped me buy earbuds for my son. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on which was the best product to buy. He explained the pros and cons of the different options available which helped me feel confident in the product I chose to buy. He was so kind and very polite and went above and beyond to check inventory for other items I was looking for. I am very grateful for all of his help.

I rarely shop at Best Buy these days as they are unable to compete against Amazon and other online retailers on price and shipping times. But I do appreciate that they still keep these large big box locations for browsing.

Celina made my visit to Best Buy genuinely enjoyable. She helped me set up my new phone plan and walked me through everything with patience and clarity. I really appreciated how polite, friendly, and knowledgeable Celina was throughout the whole process. It’s clear she cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and supported. Thanks to her, something that could’ve been stressful ended up being quick and easy. I’m really grateful for her help and the positive experience she created. Thanks Celina!!!!

I am trying to connect with Bestbuy website to return eero 7 router. Since two weeks it is giving me trouble. I contacted eero team but they do not resolve to connect my old device with internet and spent 24+ hours. I decided to return it but their website do not work to accept the return. I will not buy anything from Bestbuy. Their service is no more good as before. If their manager will contact me, i will try to improve my rating otherwise i will forget them forever. You sent the link, never work for agents. I waited for 1 hour there and no agent showed up for chat. I sent email to Bestbuy office regarding this but no reply. Extremely poor communication when people buy something from Bestbuy marketplace. If none of you available i will claim through Consumer protection. I need money as soon as possible to spend on others. I spend 200$ on eero router but zero result. Luckily i was able to connect bestbuy agent. He show me the market place policy different than the bestbuy policy and said the seller will send shipping label after three to four business days. After i will receive the label i will ship their item. After they receive the item i will get refund after a week if i am lucky. This kid of policy is taking 15 days or more time to get refund. None of the market place have this kind of policy where the item is faulty you need to wait for 15 days for refund. How consumer ministry accept this kind of policy, they must improve on this. Your team is asking to communicate on the page which is not working for buyers. See attached error.
