Came in to have an item replaced/fixed that was under a purchased warranty at 12. A larger darker gentleman refused to honor it or even look it up after I had pulled up my receipt showing that I had purchased the warranty and even from that store. I went to another store which honored the warranty. It was much more polite about it too

Customer service is good but it’s severely understaffed. I was waiting in the computer section for 10 min before I went to customer service to ask them to send someone. They were supposed to meet me but I was left standing there for another 10 min until I went to CS again. The lady sent me to Geek squad and then that guy called for someone to help me. And they came immediately. Don’t know why customer service couldn’t have called for a guy themselves. Oh and they were out of stock on the products I wanted lol

Avoid short sassy man and girl with long black hair at customer service, they are not there to help. I bring an HDD to return, and the first thing they do is ask if it’s from bestbuy… so rude. I had my hand out showing the receipt too. Why else would someone bring it there to return? They were assuming it’s marketplace I’m guessing and started off with that. I didn’t have my card, I thought it would go back online to my card, and asked if my Apple Pay would work, instead of saying no, he had me check just to mess with me and when I tried with supplementary card he was happy it didn’t work either. Just tell someone from the start that you won’t accept, don’t mess with people. Weirdo. Called customer service and will be returning by mail, which is what I wanted to do from the start, but wasn’t given the option, will be returning online from now on. These people are not worth dealing with. I was having such a nice day beforehand. And based on MANY other reviews these two specifically do this to everyone. ALSO, disturbingly enough others are saying that the geek squad there goes through people’s photos on their phones based on a marketplace journalistic video. Creeps, the lot of them.

My wife & I came in looking to purchase a TV. There was no staff in the TV & home theatre setup for our newly renovated basement & not to my surprise, there were absolutely no staff in that section at all to help. I had to look online to find out the information I needed. I walked around & found 4 staff standing in the middle of the store having a conversation. I stood there & watched & it went on for about 10 minutes. Pretty sad how they advertise on tv and online how they are the best place to go for my electronic needs. Not from what i can see.

You guys need to review your policies. You need to price match for a damaged product that you gave me and weren’t able to find a replacement. I’m sorry but this is just TERRIBLE customer service…

Fucking idiot wouldn't sell me a computer I was looking for. I just lost my debit card, and a friendly sales guy let me to use my Apple Pay, but a arrogant and rude guy(stupid) said I was probably a fraud and wouldn't let me pay. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with people like that.

Horrible customer service in this location. Please avoid Nick, a young guy with shaved beard. Nick is extremely rude and makes no sense by citing company policies that doesn't have refund and wanted force me to have a store credit that is totally a joke. Very creapy and dishonest attitudes to rip off customers by looking for a policy from an item that differ from the customer item. Very unprepared to be a team lead there. This is not how you treat your customers. Please, first of all know what products customers have before check the police, do not just randomly look for the first policy that appears on screen or just random ones because every item has its policies. For sure not coming back to this store if this guy still here. Don't know how he becomes a Team Lead, that is totally a joke. Save your time if you see him around, don't talk to him.

EXTREME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Please avoid going to this location. So basically I have bought a lightweight stroller online for my daughter but I wasn’t satisfied with the purchase as the stroller was so heavy so I decided to return it. First I was served by a Chinese young lady with long hair wearing glasses. She said that the stroller is non refundable as it has been opened and then called such a rude guy called Nick to serve me instead and he offered me a store credit and wouldn’t give me a refund he said that their system won’t let him to give me a full refund and every store has its policy. What kind of policy is that where customer has no right to get their money back when is not satisfied with their product??? So after wasting my time talking to this guy I decided to walk away and went to another location in Scarborough to return my stroller. They opened the box and checked the product and gave me a full refund right away. Please give more training to your staffs of how to solve customer problems and have good manners.

On August 4th I bought a JBL earbuds with warranty. First they charged me from my debit card, then started acting like the transaction didn’t happen. I’ve shown then that the money has been deducted from my account. But they insisted that they didn’t get the money & forced me to pay again. They assured me the first payment I made will be returned back within 24 hrs. Now it’s been 3 days I have been running to the store, but they don’t care. Beware of these bunch of scammers. They will steal your money.

Matthew and sebastion are very professional & helpful. I was looking to get an iPhone 14 pro max, and they were both very patient and kind. Customer service at this best buy is amazingly good.

No one is ever at the cash out line. I was there on a very quiet Thursday night and the cashier would leave his station even though he saw me approaching the line up area. Had to wait over 5 minutes before he came back and checked out my items.

Extreme poor customer service. I was standing in front of the best buy mobile counter about 20 minutes. The sales just ran away to serve the other customers without asking me need any help. He definitely saw me is waiting because I was just there when he was finishing up with the customer. Never go back again

Staff is very helpful, and it's a big store. Deals aren't great compared to other stores in the area.
