I will post a zero star if I can. Always long line up there. They only open one or two counter. I had line up about 40min to the counter.

I am very disappointed with the service at this BMO branch. The wait times are incredibly long, with lines that often require at least 20 to 30 minutes of waiting. Despite having six teller desks, only two are usually open for clients. This suggests either a staffing shortage or poor management, as this issue seems to occur every time I visit. Additionally, it appears that serving certain clients takes much longer than necessary, which only adds to the overall delay. I hope BMO can address these problems and improve the efficiency and customer service at this location.

This BMO branch is disappointing. The tellers work slowly and are not as polite as those at other BMO branches. I witnessed a customer complaining to the manager about the slow service. The manager, who speaks Cantonese, told the customer to use the ATM instead and then walked away. It seemed like that was the end of it. The Chinese tellers ( two men ) are rude and could benefit from more customer service training.

My journey to purchase my first home started here.
To start, I sought out this branch after another bank I consulted with gave me a measly mortgage rate that was nowhere near enough. After some recommendations from my parents (whose coworkers did their mortgages with BMO), I decided to give it a shot. Despite having almost no assets with BMO, they gave me a mortgage rate that was far beyond my expectations (and I didn't even make that much either, I just had a lot saved up).
Needless to say, as a first time home buyer, all of this gave me a headache but the staff did their best to ensure I did not stress over it too much (aside from managing my own finances properly).
On the day I had to deliver a bank draft to the lawyer that was in charge of doing all the administration related matters in regards to the home transfer, I was short 60,000 dollars to start because the company that manages my RRSP took over a month to actually transfer me the money. While bank drafts take at least 7 days to process, this was an immediate emergency as I needed the money literally the day afterwards (transferred the money on Wednesday, needed it immediately on Thursday afternoon) it was transferred into my account. I believe the manager of the branch took my concerns to mind and was able to release the money a lot earlier than I expected due to my rushed circumstances.
Your actions were a lifesaver, because I definitely don't have a spare amount of 60k in cash just lying about!

Very busy location, but I still like this location better because the opening hours fits my schedule and gets pretty clear answer compared other places.
I visit this BMO every week to deposit my paycheck after grocery shopping… staffs are nice and knowledgeable ?

This Bmo branch is the worst one, was there on Saturday lining up at the line up sign. Watched an employee playing on their phone but I patiently lined up, a lady at the back of me skip the line and went up to that counter and that employee started working. Really bad customer service and you loose because you are being patience and following the signs the bank put up.

A girl with short hair. The service is very good and the action is very prompt. Parking here is very convenient, and you can also go shopping.

I have never seen a teller in a bank. Every customer who asks a question has to go in and ask someone. Are they not familiar with the business? Five people lined up to handle business and had to wait for more than an hour.

I came to 1661 Denison St unit 24 to do business before, and I saw a person who spoke Mandarin and wanted to handle a business. He wants to save money and then need it immediately. The clerk at the counter told him that the money would be held for 5 working days. The customer said he wanted to use money today, and the check he gave was a money order. I asked people at other banks that he didn't need to hold it. The guests hope that you can be considerate and help. Later, the person at the counter came to the lobby manager. The manager did some operations on the computer and told him that it couldn't be done. The customer made repeated requests, but the manager still said it couldn't be done. I saw the customer leave angrily.
