I had the worst experience with this BMO, I came in the other day to write a bank draft and the person helping me was a trainee, it was literally the worst trainee I’ve experienced with. He couldn’t even help me write a bank draft and kept getting up to go to his manager for help. I was there for more than 40 minutes just to write a bank draft. I asked the manager like why it needs to take this long just to write a bank draft, she said “we’re working on it please wait” with an attitude, while I waited for a long time already. This place is bad don’t go, manger is bad and trainee.

Deposited money into the atm closest to the inside door and got an error. It did not return my cash. I went to a teller and they told me they see the failed transaction and they will phone a separate department that handles atms. Never have I heard back from them. Don’t bank with BMO.

Booked an appointment online and immediately received a callback asking me to reschedule my appointment. I was rescheduled with a different CSR who was gone for a week and a half without notice. I didn’t know until l I went into the branch in-person and asked for an update.When I went in-person to ask for an update, I was passed around two different CSRs until I spoke with a Senior Banker who was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and provided me with false information.I escalated to the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in regards to the creditability of the information. ABM denied that the Senior Banker gave me false information and attributed the Senior Banker’s lack of professionalism to his personality.I am appalled that this lack of professionalism is acceptable at BMO. I have gone through the proper channels to communicate my concerns but they were brushed off by the ABM. As a result, I will not be returning to this BMO branch and consider moving my banking needs elsewhere.

Worst service ever. These people are so slow. Most of them aren't even working. Just chit chatting with each other and socializing as if their client's time means nothing to them. I was there waiting for over an hour during my lunch break just to get service and ended up being late to get back to work. Heed my advice and don't ever do business here. This isn't even the first time that this has happened. I'm so angry that I'm going to close my account and move all my business to TD. Thanks for nothing BMO.

Always a lengthy line up although there are 3 empty cashier desks. Only two are operating and one cashier is in training.
