I wanted to say how impressed I am with Jagdeep (Jackie) Sidhu. I have been doing business with this branch for several years. When Jackie sees a line-up and an open teller wicket, she steps in and helps. Recently, I came in with a question about my RRSP. Jackie took the time to help me resolve my problem.

Went in to activate my card twice and neither time worked. Went to a different BMO branch and low and behold, they activated it correctly. Going into a branch 3 different times is so frustrating and I nearly canceled it all together. First time doing any banking with BMO and it’s left a very poor impression of the company on me. Going to stick with TD for everything else for sure.

Terrible Bank for customer service! they make you wait in line for 30 minutes or more . These banks make billions and customer service gets worst over a 20 year customer

Been there yesterday to switch my banking to BMO.I've had great experience working with several BMO branches.I saw same professionalism with this branch too.Especially with Chris; He's very Nice, Professional and Patient.My business took way longer than usual and he Patiently with smile took care of everything. Even though it was his time to go home, he stayed longer to finish everything.He's a professional.

I have been to many BMO branches and I think Jackie definitely deserve to be mentioned for her good and prompt service. She is willing to go extra mile to assist with your banking needs. The only disappointment was, I was supposed to have an appointment with another loan banker. Instead of assisting me, she went to Jackie to inform her to assist me. She did not have the courtesy to inform me about the changes.

Horrible customer service after the death of my father. Waiting since February its now June before a response to come in and sign papers as the executor of the estate. I've emailed, called, emailed, called, my lawyer has emailed.....honestly the poorest and most insensitive treatment I've ever had from any service industry. Find another branch or another bank. He was a customer there for over 50 years....shameful, shameful.

I wanted to take the time to write about our experience with Atif Khalil, Mortgage Specialist-BMO.I have never, ever, written a review for a bank representative because they have never cared enough or earned it. However, dealing with Atif was just an incredible experience, so unexpected, refreshing, and to be honest –he is in a league of his own.Atif took the time to understand our financial needs by listening first and then asking what our expectations were of him (this is a rare trait). He was on top of current BMO financial promotions and services and pointed us in the right direction. The key here is pointed, not pushed. We are a financially savvy couple, by that I mean my wife; she works in the financial industry and knows her stuff (she also worked for BMO). Even she was impressed.This was our first home and we had a lot of questions throughout the entire process. Where most service representatives do not even give you the time of day, Atif made sure to respond to our phone calls in a timely manner and responded to emails promptly amidst the pandemic.Atif was humble, kind, caring, professional, transparent, smart, and most of all treated my wife and I as family. His communication skills combined with his demeanor made all the difference in the world. We closed on our home with a smile and talked about his level of service for some time.BMO should be proud to have a person like him on their side. Atif made such a great impression that he has earned our business 10 times over and that of our friends and family.In a day and age where people just don’t care for one another, it is nice to see that Atif represents the ideal banker that any customer would be lucky to have.Atif, we thank you for everything, it was an absolute pleasure.

The worst customer service!! I’ve been banking with Bmo for over 20 years. I emailed the specific employee that I was dealing with multiple times no response - called multiple times no response - called the branch and left a voicemail no response. Drove over to the location to get a hold of someone finally got the answer I needed. I don’t like wasting my time, I feel that the employee had no consideration for my time. After 20 years of banking with the same company I feel it’s time to look elsewhere for my banking needs after this situation. This review would be zero stars if I was able to. Stay away from this location!!

Terrible Bank for customer service! they make you wait in line for 30 minutes, there was 2 business customers holding folders, and 4 other customers lining up, only one counter open, 5 desks staffs sitting there doing nothing and no one came out ask to help, they seems like enjoy have customer waiting, the BMO at Hyw7 and McCowan is much better, never have to wait longer than 5 minutes, Staffs always come out to help.

I've been going to this branch for 13 years and the service is absolutely outstanding. My husband had forgotten his MasterCard pin and after visiting another branch 4 times, they were still not able to solve his problem. When the Main St. Branch opened I told him to try once more, because I knew they could help us and they did! It was such a relief to have this previously unsolvable problem taken care of by the staff who are competent and extremely knowledgeable.
