Highly recommend. The customer service lady is very patient. Some dried up secretions suddenly appeared on the corners of my cat's mouth. They helped me clean it up carefully and investigated some possible causes. The cat was washed very fragrant and also gave a small gift. Very satisfied.

The owner's service and attitude are super good! My cats and dogs basically bathe and groom in BOSS pet every month. Recommend the dog's painless teeth cleaning service! Great value for money! Washed super clean! It is much better than the teeth cleaning at the veterinarian! The main thing is that the dog doesn't need anesthetics, and he doesn't have to suffer!

Since coming to BOSS PET, our cat has never resisted taking a bath~ Every time it takes a bath, it can't stop touching and sucking cats~ It's fragrant and soft! Excellent!

The service was excellent. My cat’s long hair is difficult to take care of. The lady was very patient and took care of all the hairballs . We also gave snacks at the end, which was so thoughtful. It smells delicious after taking a shower.

My favorite place to bring my little Bichon for a bath and/or grooming. They’re very nice and professional and they know how to give Bichon/Poodles a great cut.Show your love to the young lady! Really patient and enthusiastic every time. Mantou also likes to go to the store, and he can often get snacks hahaha. Pet clothes/toys/medicines/health products are also quite comprehensive~

I brought my pugzu here. The groomer made sure to ask if my dog had any sensitive spots she should be aware of and paid a lot of attention to the type of grooming style I was requesting. She did a great job, my dog’s paws were much softer and he smelled great. He was very happy when I picked him up. Would bring him back here for sure!
