I don’t understand what’s the meaning of that male staff was sitting there? He didn’t help at all. He let me measured and weighted my package by myself. And he didn’t want to help to print the label.. is it a self-service spot or what? I’d been to another branch, the staff was so nice and helpful, unlike here

I’ve been using Chit Chats for some time now, and I really wish more people knew about their postal services! Their online interface is super easy to navigate. This location is also very convenient.
I have experienced a few rare hiccups with parcels not being properly scanned during transportation, but overall, the shipping is relatively reliable.

First time using Chit Chats to deliver to US and it was fast! Delivered within 1 week give or take and for the cost you just can’t compare. I’m trying it with parcels within Canada too! It takes a little to figure out your first package but after that super seamless!

lost 7 packages since last January! They just said sorry and asked me to buy insurance and never told me what happened. And packages keep disappearing! Something seriously wrong with this company! Run guys! Go somewhere else! I would like to give 0 star if I could...

It's 2021, and with inflation, shipping prices have gone up, but Canada Post takes the cake for high prices. The only problem is that it's hard for me to get here because I commute. But don't get me wrong, I love Chit Chats! I hope they open more locations ❤️

Very Rude customer service. Not my choice of location. Not a guy who should be serving customers. Blunt and rude. I would try my best to avoid this location and go to another, which I usually go to. Other locations have wonderful cheerful workers. Especially Etobicoke one.

PLEASE please please chitchat do not cooperate with intelcome anymore.I am a vendor and the intelcome already lost my customer‘s package twice. And they just keep asking our client get refund from us and did not even try to find the package even we call them the next day.Their driver just send some random pictures that is not our package to show that they are delivered the package. which is a joke. I higly doubt the driver steal or sell my product since the delivered picture is not my package!!!And noboday help us.And the customer service only will said oh I am sorry and we will make a complaint to the driver.then we are the only one loss money!!!!!!my whole month profit is gone because the package is lost!!!!!

Chit chat has enable me to offer affordable shipping rates to my customers. Downside I'd that the operating hours are not always the best and it's a 20 min drive to their nearest location but still worth it. This review is not for a specific location but overall experience

Rude customer service from mean staff. I understand the staff was busy, but she seemingly thought that the inconvenience that was caused by a first-time customer was an unforgettable problem. Even though she didn't say it was or admit it was, but a customer could feel it. Failing to digest her own work pressure and trying to embarrass her customer are not what we have commonly known as a friendly customer service. Please improve and do it better when there will be chances.
